What's Good: Clean rooms
What needs to improve : Breakfast, facilities
Reason For Rating : 1) Make sure gysers in your rooms work 2) put enough directions outside so people dont go to Centurion hotel instead of INN. 3) Breakfast is a huge put off! Need to improve on that.

Hotel is not in an accessible place

Recently been to Pune on official visit. Booked rooms in advance. But when we try to book on Centurion hotel website, after all the initial online entries the booking was done finally in Centurion Inn though we booked for rooms in Hotel Centurion. The Centurion inn is not easily accessible, not familiar with auto drivers. Struggled to identify when we searched during the evening after 7 pm. Facilities available is very moderate. But the management claims it a three star category. Restaurant is not functioning all day. Only morning breakfast (with limited items in buffet) is available. After that, even coffee is not readily available. Maintenance is not very good. Not fully satisfied for the money we paid.

Stayed for 3 nights and experience was very poor. Old property with not supportive staff. Hopeless breakfast with bare minimum choice to eat. If you have to check out earlier than 7.30 forget breakfast.

Staff is good ,polite . I booked this hotel through MMT.quieter place. I came early in the hotel but the staff said you will not get the room before 12 because hotel is sold out. Bed linen was not looking fresh. They have veg restaurant only. but in terms of price is good.
Worst Service ...

Centurion Inn Model Colony, 26-27 May'17
by sumantra_travel on
26-27 May, 2016. I was in Pune on an official visit again, and this time, my hosts put me up at the Centurion Inn, Model Colony. This is a delightful small hotel located well away from the hustle and bustle of the city and its main road traffic. It is located in a small corner of Model colony, and is accessible by a small road (which has a sign directing one to the hotel). From the outside, this looks like a stylish small residential building, had it not been for the signage. The entrance has a metal entrance with bars on top, lining the entrance pathway to the small reception area. Beside the signage on one large wall outside, there is a lovely Gulmohar tree, which was in full bloom the time I was there. the path to the reception has a nice raised platform with some beautiful flowers on top, welcoming visitors. There is a large nice waiting area with some artwork on the walls, and a cooler. My work was at the Savitribai Phule University of Pune, so being on the Ganeshkhind road, it was a big bonus for me. Another USP of the place is its proximity to the Central Mall, and numerous food joints all around the place, all within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is small, but neat and clean. I requested for two WiFi accounts, one for the laptop, and another for the mobile phone. This was met with a warm welcome. I was assigned room 102, which is located on the ground floor at a slightly higher level from the reception part. The room entry is through a card. The room is small, but its size was quite enough for one person, or a small family. There is a large and soft double bed, with two huge pillows. The room has a small desk and study area with a lamp, and ample number of power ports. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen LCD TV, a water bottle and flask, and two glasses. There is a large window on almost a whole side of the room, with two levels of curtains. This opens towards the back side of the pure vegetarian restaurant named `Aphrodite'. On the left of the entrance is a rack for keeping luggage, and shoes, underneath. The wall is recessed to have a sliding-door almirah, with storage space above and below the structure as well. to the side, and just before the bathroom is a dressing area with a wall-mounted mirror. The bathroom is neat and clean, and simple, yet functional. Towels and accessories were right there, in place.

Don't take the corner ones. They're smaller. But they have windows and the view is okay.
