I felt as if at home, highly trained and well behaved staff, ready to assist in anything I like kind support by Shilpa Gupta(Reception desk), she is very good observer and knows what customers need & Vishwajeet (restaurant) is also good at support from restaurant, other staff at reception also very frinedly.. Overall good rooms and value for money in spite of COVID challenges, hats off to the staff.

Went there for business reasons. Hotel is OK. Rooms are good. Roof top restaurant is very good at night and very affordable (1000 ++ per person for a full free buffet). Good choice of alcool quite affordable too. Breakfast is really average: basic cereals only, no yoghurt. Below par Danish pastries

  • Bad welcome

I came here in Midnight. And it is my usual stay. A person in reception called Shivaji was there... The treatment was irritable.. he didn't even ask to sit. And he asked me to pay prior which usually while checking out... And there was no basic amenities in the room like rough wear slippers and even a dental Kit... And he responded everything is per request as if it's a first time there.. Because of these people, it is not my choice of stay from next time onwards...

I didn't have any of the problems the two reviewers below mentioned. Check in and check out were rapid and efficient. My room was large and comfortable. Housekeeping was fine if a little erratic at times. The breakfast was good with a wide selection. We liked eating at the roof terrace restaurant. I can't really comment on the location - we chose the Ramee as it was close to the place we were working. Some people had problems with noise

I booked hotel seeing location and 5 star category in Pune. The rooms are small, reception in check in and check out is very non efficient and keep you waiting for 30 minutes. All facilities are not above 2 star or 3 star hotel.

  • All rooms are good, however grand room is a good choice with good size etc.
