I was greeted and welcomed by friendly staff. Honestly, I'm amazed with the quality of service delivered by staff right from the day of arrival. The staff, especially Ravindra was absolutely helpful with addressing every small request made during my entire stay; all of them were very polite, friendly and outstanding in their services delivered. I must admit the quality and the taste of food is simply superb - all credit to great chefs they have! Staff was also courteous to accommodate any special food demand and happy to serve even in the late nights. The room has bigger space and comes with beautiful views. All inside amenities were comfy and provides great ease. Overall I had comfortable stay! I recommend the stay here to all others and would love to rate it a five star in real sense!

As dine in was not available opted for Takeaway. Real pleasure is having grill infront you, but taste good. Every thing was packed properly and was more than sufficient. Importantly paper tiffin is used, not much plastic waste. I still prefer to dine in
A business hotel with great hospitality

I love this hotel and it's restaurant. The hotel has spacious rooms and the housekeeping and service is great. You can get a real good deal with pickup and drop facility. There was a mistake in my billing that was promptly addressed during my next check-in.

Bang on the highway , yet quiet and comfortable.The suite is really large .room service was good. Food was nice.There was a wedding party staying there and yet one wasnt disturbed by the ceremonies downstairs

As a frequent business traveler to Pune, I often preferring staying at hotels with some sort of chain affiliation because you at least have some sort of standard in place to rely on for cleanliness, amenities, hospitality and service. I recently had a trip planned where none of the close-by chain affiliated properties were available. So I looked at a few places on TripAdvisor and found the Sayaji Hotel. From it's very high rating and majority positive raving reviews, I felt confident that perhaps this property meets those same standards as chain affiliated properties. They were charging a room rate similar in cost to the Marriott's, Holiday Inn's, etc., in the area. Then I got there and I quickly found that this property, like so many independent hospitality brands in India has fallen to the same ills that plague hotels as they enter their 5-10 year cycle. The key is maintenance in India, and because of the harsh elements, dust and extreme climate seasons. You simply cannot build a property and expect the original fit and finish to last more than a few years without replacing wear and tear. For example, if you're going to install carpet in your rooms, you have to replace it every year. AC units need to be thoroughly cleaned and replaced over time as they collect and filter out the dust, humidity that turns to mold and musty waft that you can smell in the air. Too many Indian run hospitality companies build mega-size properties but don't maintain the cleanliness factor after a few years of operations. Rooms are musty, carpets are old and dingy, the beds are basically a box spring sitting on the floor with a thin hard mattress on top. One of my colleagues also staying in the hotel had to have them add a second mattress on top of the existing one to soften the load a bit. I asked to be switched to another room which they quickly did (service is good here) but the next room was even worse....green mold growing in bathroom...same dingy room. They've got nifty iPad's that control everything in the room, which is cool, but I can do without such amenities in favor of basic cleanliness. When I tried to check out and get a refund they informed me the only person authorized to do so is the Revenue Manager who sits in Indore, India and because it was past 7pm he was gone for the day. Luckily I booked this hotel through Expedia and their customer Service Supervisor was also not satisfied with the property's poor determination, so Expedia went ahead and issued me a full refund instead. This hotel is in a booming IT area with lots of competition--I'd say go for another property, preferably something chain affiliated that has an independent international standard in place for basic things like cleanliness. Unless they do a full renovation of the rooms and infrastructure, it will only get worse. This is a case where i was definitely mislead by the high rating and reviews on TripAdvisor--first time this has happened. See photos attached to this post of what I experienced.
Try to get one of the higher level rooms--the basic rooms here are horrible and outdated.
