Great hotel, nice pool, amazing location, good price

Stayed here on my own in February 2018. I had a nice, clean and quiet room on the 2nd/3rd floor. Room came with good AC, lots of hot water, and a large bed. Room and hotel are all very clean and well-maintained.
The rooftop pool is such a great way to spend a couple hours in a quiet place, away from it all...and a great place to tan. It was so nice to cool off at the pool, after a few hours of exploring Fort Kochi.
The front desk can take care of everything, which is awesome. He (sorry, I forgot your name) arranged for tickets to the Kathakali Cultural Centre...good tickets. I was able to book a cooking class, and he had good recommendations for where to eat. FYI, if you eat at Rasoee, they will give you a discount if you show your Fort Abode room key. Also, the food at Rasoee is quite good. It was great to be able to roll it all onto one bill. Breakfast is decent.
The location is unbeatable. Walking distance to everything in Fort Kochi: basilica, churches, beach, Chinese fishing nets, shops, restaurants, and even the two bars that exist! The location, the friendly service, and the pool....seriously excellent value here! I had a great stay.

Great hotel with pool

We re arranged some of our trip and stayed here for six nights so that we could have some relaxation time before heading off to Delhi.
We had a large room on the third floor, very comfortable and very clean, in fact the whole of the hotel was spotless. The staff are lovely, everyone was so friendly and so helpful. Sam helped us to book a cooking class also a kathakali show.
The rooftop pool was great, not large but just what we needed to relax and unwind and we spent a couple of hours there every afternoon.
Breakfast had a good choice, mostly Indian breakfast which was cooked to order, but you could also get eggs cooked to order.
Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice location, nice place

This is located in a quiet area but brilliantly placed in Fort Kochin as it is close to the major shopping/dining area. It's also very easy to get out and about to the other attractions from this location. The rooms were large and very comfortable and clean. There is a communal area with fridges which were useful - but little else if you want to self-cater. The swimming pool is great to lounge in after a long day! The staff are helpful and friendly - especially Sam.
We had the most delicious breakfast in the restaurant!

We all enjoyed our stay here in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms well appointed and clean and the communal fridge useful. The pool was frequently used. Close proximity to shops and restaurants.

Good location

Situated close to the old town this is a good starting point for the tourist attractions of Kochi. The old town, whilst very touristy, is worth seeing and following through the history of the various invaders.
The property is billed as apartments. There is a shared kitchen and dining area. But the kitchen has nothing in it. Nothing to cook with, not even an electric kettle, no crockery, no knives, forks or spoons. So just treat this as a normal hotel room with some wasted space outside the bedroom. The bedroom itself was fine, bathroom OK. Breakfast on the rooftop was just OK, a bit short on choice but eggs cooked to order. Nice and helpful staff all round.
