    What needs to improve : There was a swing in front of the room so all the time some people would come there which hampered the privacy so the door had to be kept closed.

    Reason For Rating : Nice hotel to stay, specially for family tour. staff are very cooperative and the place of hotel is awesome.

    Reason For Rating : The staff in the hotel are unpleasant and rude. The water in the washroom is salty, it feels like as if its straight from the beach. They'll call you at 6 am to tell us to vacate by 7am and if politely asked to extend the time for checkout, they'll always say they gave a booking.

    What needs to improve : Charges in restaurant is skyrocket high. Don't recommend to use their restaurant. Receptionist personal should improve their professionalism

    Reason For Rating : Booked for sea facing room via online. It's written in room type as well, but they refused to provide a sea facing room. Water was hard from 2nd day. AC was not working as expected and needed to call them for multiple times. Remaining all are good.

This place is horrible and one of the worst hotels in puri. Starting from the salty water almost everywhere to its service and cleanliness,this hotel deserves a complete 0

    Reason For Rating : The view from balcony is very pleasant. But apart from that, there is nothing good about this hotel. Basic amenities of a washroom were missing. The staff is very rude. Check out time is 7 in the morning.. even after telling them that we would check out till 7:15 (15 minutes grace is given everywhere) we were literally kicked out of the hotel. The staff started continously harrasing us till the time we left the hotel.

    What's Good: I booked 2 AC room and came to know AC would only work when there is power. There is no power backup for AC where as I have paid for AC room!! There was 9 hrs power outage on Sunday (Scheduled what I came to know post speaking to Senior Engineer of Power supply) and no alternate arrangements were made to provide power backup. Room 408 AC was not cooling at all and the same was intimated to hotel stuff. Most pathetic is there was NO DRINKING WATER provided by hotel!!! The water they provided was so called purified water and latter they acknowledged the water is not good and it was normal water.We had to purchase water throughout stay and it was horrible!! I guess I should ask some Money REFUND as it's was just waste of money with this Hotel!!
