What's Good: THE APPROACH ROAD TO THE HOTEL IS WORST EVEN THAN THE VILLAGES IN PRESENT DAY INDIA. BEING SO FAR AND WITH SUCH CONDITION OF THE ROAD, THE HOTEL DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER TO PROVIDE PICK-UP/ DROP FACILITY FROM PURI RAIL STATION. THE ROOMS ARE GOOD AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE HOTEL PROPERTY IS SPREAD OVER VAST AREA, BUT HIGHLY UNDER-UTILISED. THE HOTEL TRAVEL DESK IS SPOIL-UR-HOLIDAY DESK AND SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY ABOLISHED. THE HOTEL SEEMS TO HAVE ITS OWN BEACH, BUT IT IS BETTER NOT VISITED. THE FOOD MENU IS SMALL. THE MORNING BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT, BUT OTHER ITEMS ON THE LIMITED MENU IS NOT UP-TO THE MARK AND NEEDS TREMENDOUS IMPROVEMENTS. WITH PRESENT HOTEL CONDITION, I WOULD NOT ADVICE/ RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

What's Good: Hotel Infrastructure is very old, Food is below standard, Location is also in interior with no pitch road and in some village, staff are good, overall not worth for money

What's Good: Drawbacks: The approach road is very poor. The hotel tries to charge for every smallest amenity they have! It is strange to see that, in today's world, they don't have a satellite TV connection which means that the quality of cable TV signal is extremely disappointing. More so, if you are used to watching dish TV at home, you will find it very difficult to watch the limited TV channels. The food prices are too high and hotel tries to exploit the fact that people will not prefer going out in night. The transport facility is over priced. We got taxis at much cheaper rate by talking to travel agents outside the hotel. The activity room has no air-conditioning or proper fans which means you will not be able to spend too much time in the room. The choice during breakfast is limited and you will enjoy it only if your are staying for 2 days. Beyond that, it becomes monotonous. Now the good things: The swimming pool is quite a fun. The view and approach to the sea beach is easy, if the river is not flowing very high. The hotel staff is good and, atleast, tries to listen to your problems. The overall ambiance is quite relaxing. Overall, if the concerns I have mentioned above are addressed, I may actually refer this hotel to a friend.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sterling puri. Beautiful location, courteous staff & soothing ambience. Luckily we got an upgrade to a sea cum pool facing room. Food was awesome too. Mr. Shafat helped us a lot in every bit during our stay. Recommended for all

Nice location. Sea front. Huge spacious rooms. High foyer. Swimming pool. Nice comfy restaurant. Yummy buffet spread. And more than anything else, it is the PEOPLE. Malay. Waiter was always smiling. And ready to help. ATTAR - the in charge - was ready to explain various meal plans and benefits thereof. Mr Ranjit at the Front desk was helpful. Mr Manish. The Resort Manager was so much enthusiast and ready to help. Commendable.

we were a group of approx 40 people and booked 15 rooms with them. we were a group of people from all age group from 2 years to 75 years, so i was little concerned about the liking of all. However soon we entered the hotel and most of the doubts got clean. Its a beautifully managed property and many rooms are newly constructed. Rooms and ambience are the biggest plus of the hotel, rooms are lavish in size and many offering sea view. The hotel have facilities to keep the children busy for day long ( However few of them are chargeable). food was great and liked by all age group. Special thanks to Mr safat who took care of all the stuff and arranged things for us. The only minus point is the mobile network as you wont get any in the Hotel and surprisingly hotel charges you for the Wifi when the world is providing it for free in hotels. minus these two concerns we had a great trip and Streling Resort was one of the prime reason for it.

The most annoying thing about the resort is it's far from the city say outskiyrs of the city and there is no network in the resort. You are totally disconnected with the outside world. It can be blessing in disguise also.
