We stayed in the hotel for two nights, booked a room for three people. First night everything seemed okay, we asked if it was okay for us to stay all together in ONE room (because we know that sometimes, hotels in India try to make you pay extra charges), and they said that everything is completely fine, they even gave us an extra-mattress. Then, the drama began. I ordered food, payed for it, but he didnt have enough cash back to give me. He promised me instead to give me the rest the next morning. Next morning, I ask him for my cash back. He started pretending that I never paid for the food and that in fact I have to pay again ! We lost almost one hour fighting with the manager to finally have my money back. In the evening when we went back, they suddenly started asking us to pay for our room because apparently, we hadnt paid for it ! And it fact it was wrong, because he hotel had been booked two months ago by an Indian agency. So we had to fight again for one hour before they realized their mistake and apologized. And worst part is definitely the last day: I got very very sick during the night because Pushkars hygiene condition regarding the food is terrific. I couldnt leave the toilets, kept puking all time long. The checkpoint was at 11am, and since I was unable to move at this time, my friend went downstairs to ask if it was possible for me to stay longer because I felt really bad. They said yes, I layed until 2pm, when the staff suddenly started banging against the door, ordering us in a very rude way to leave right now. We reached the reception, and here, after three days repeating us that everything was okay, they suddenly asked us for extra-charges (because we were three people in the room), and also asked us to pay for the few hours I spent in the bed since I wasnt able to move. We fought with them and finally had to pay, otherwise they threatened us to call the cops. Moreover the staff doesnt even succeed to speak a proper English, so we were unable to have a mature and useful conversation with them. Never go to this hotel.

Never go to this place ! The staff is awful! First night we ordered food, they didnt want to give us the cash back and pretend that we hadnt paid. The next day, after visiting Pushkar, we came back the hotel and tell us we hadnt paid for the room, even if we already had with an agency. So we have call the agency, etc to prove it was paid. The next morning my friend was sick and needed rest. So we asked to stay in the room til 2, and they say yes. The check out was at 11. Then they asked us to pay 1200 rp for this extra time. They had zero compassion for my friend sick. Moreover, the breakfast was included with the room and they asked us to pay for it. But when we saw the restaurant, how dirty it was, we didnt want breakfast anymore (for our health). Anyway, this hotel must close ! This is the worst experience I ever had, and the people working there are the most awful, seeing tourist as a wallet, totally unprofessional and stupid!

Average hotel short staff. only one man arranged everything.. Hotel is on road easy approach.hotel room are very conjusted but room and bathroom are very clean..Room telephone is not working so we have literally problem.. overall good

Hotel is situated at nice location, hotel staff were good,Hotel booking done via MMT. staff was nice. the underground restaurant serves a good quality food with excellent taste.. overall it was a Good stay.

From the service boys to the rooms it was a horrible experience. Unclean bedsheets, dirty restaurant, food was bad, the server's were extremely rude and full of attitude. They also kept us starving for an hour before they brought cold and hard food to our table!!!! this was after we had played Holi and were hungry. I would not recommend this place to anyone there are wayyy better places to go to in pushkar. Also, do not book OYO as their cancellation policy is bad use booking.com or trip advisor instead.
