The only positive thing to say about this hotel is the quiet location , a little bit outside the citycenter, where prayers wake you up at 4 am in the morning. For the rest this is definitely the worst hotel during our roundtrip in Rajasthan. Unfriendly and demotivated staff, grey bathlinen with holes in it, shower that didnt work, first hotel where we need to pay for some water, breakfast is very limited, dark and unattractive common areas, bell boys waiting on the steps near our room in the hope to get some tip from you, staff shooting to eachother during breakfast. Pushkar is a nice city to see, but i recommend to pay very little more and find yourselve a far more better hotel.

Loved my room very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. grounds and pool are also wonderful but the breakfast was very mediocre, I would stay here again for the nice surroundings but go elsewhere for breakfast.

Jagat Palace at Pushkar is build like old heritage propertry, interior are also designed in that theme and collection of antiques are displayed, giving this property as authentic heritage place. Well maintained property has 80 well decorated rooms spread in 3 wings, has beutiful swimming pool and moderately priced

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night during our 3 week tour around Rajasthan. Pushkar is a vibrant city and very welcoming, sadly Jaget Palace isnt. Check in took a fair bit of time as he couldnt get the copier to work for our passports. Room was okay in size but the A/C is very inefficient and very noisy. We went out for a tour around the city and back for 9pm to have some dinner. The food was sort of okay but was surprised that I had to pay in cash afterwards and couldnt charge it to the room! We then had to wait a further 10mins whilst they dug deep in their own pockets for our change.....very strange! In the morning we took showers and the whole bathroom floor flooded as the over the bath shower leaked and the bath is about 2-3 cm away from the wall do it just ran down the side of the bath onto the floor! Breakfast was okay (ish) as the coffee was nice! Thats about it really. Would we stay here again? No, I am sure that there are better places to stay in this remarkable city.
