What's Good: The interiors
What needs to improve : The service n staff
Reason For Rating : It was the most horrible experience of my life. The owner was exceptionally rude. Service extremely slow. Served us the wrong order twice. Then gave us tea which had ants in it. When we complained he asked us to get out of the hotel and threatened to have us thrown out of pushkar and said we could lose our lives if we messed with him. Said he has the authority to not let us see the pushkar fair. He was also serving alcohol openly in the middle of pushkar. We had a girl with us and we immediately checked out of the hotel.

So we booked quite early to get away from booking hotel in hurry for Holi at pushkar. I have been to pushkar earlier and I know how the place and hotels are. So we booked Pink floyd as we didnt have much of choices by then. The place is a place where you can interact in a multi culture environment. The roof top views can be one of the best in town. But, My experience this time. I will rate a 4 may be out of ten because of Holi. First I payed exorbitant price(According to what you pay normally) for being there on Holi. The rooms were dirty as people staying previously left it and the cleaner just did a bit of dusting to present it to us. The rooms smelled of pee at first, Later you get used to them as the rooms we were in were having a problem with fresh air because there was no window as such. We played holi and we come back to know that there is no water. The phones couldnt be charged becasue the plug points weren't working. Anyhow we go to rooftop to chill a bit. ordered food and trust me I never had a Margarita Pizza made in such hurry. The chef was so occupied with orders I guess (Because yes this place has a good rooftop view) that he couldn't do anything for that. The place was dirty as hell as people left everything and there was no cleaning. Anyhow, I dont know what is the scene of the place otherwise (Google shows good images) but for me it was not a good experience I would like to recall. Definitely Holi in Pushkar is one of a time life experience though.

Our stay was very homely. We were coordinating from Delhi. Everything was arranged for us in terms of traveling and accommodation. It felt very helpful. The owner along with staffs helped us to explore Pushkar. They were all homely and felt so positive. Transportation, food, accommodation & guidance about exploring everything was arranged before hand. The ambience is very good. And the place is very calming. And you'll get a great view from their rooftop. All and all it's very genuine place to stay at Pushkar. It's very economical, clean, hygienic, homely and pleasant..

At Pink Floyd we felt at home. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and will help you with whatever you might need; They were like a second family to us for a while. The location is absolutely perfect - tucked in a peaceful and quiet alley right near the center of the bustling market (and also the best Chai spot in town), so you can enjoy best of both worlds. The rooms are simple, but tidy and comfy, with supplied towels and comfortable beds with clean sheets. The rooftop restaurant boasts lovely views of the city and a nice ambiance overall. Its menu is expansive and the food is great and also cheap. Would definitely recommend the stay in this lovely guesthouse.

It looks like the lame place every with zero food knowledge, Zero hospitality, no cleaning, no Hygiene. Simply spoiling the name of Pushkar by there existence. Also after reading the last review it is strictly No No for me to give this place a 2nd try. Hitting your own guest??? Out of your mind ? Know i know what time of Hospitality you guys provide to your Guest.

Honestly Ive never been here and neither will i ever go. Recently some of my friends had gone to celebrate new year here. Things were going great until a guy from my friends group threw off on their carpet. The property owner asked my friend to pay money for spoiling the carpet to which my friend agreed but his wallet was in the car so he requested them to wait until he goes downstairs to fetch his wallet but they dint listen to him and started hitting him. On top of that it was one person hitting my friend, they were 6 people hitting him for no reason. Wish i could sue the owner. I just hope someone would take a step against this!!!
