    What's Good: I like the clean surrounding and maintenance

    What needs to improve : Not worth the money paid for,ac works like a cooler, rooms have so much less lights. No facility for easy room service

  • Pathetic stay

    I faced lots of problem at Babylon INN. Informed to their General Manager Mr Awadhesh, Mr Sankat & Ms Farzana duty Manager. These are as below : 1. I have been shifted from Room no 211 to Room no 405 due to hot water supply was not coming in the evening hours,. 2. I was given smoking room no 211 instead of non smoking and room was later ventilated with removal of ash tray, which was not correct and health hazard. 2. In the evening there was lots of noise disturbances due to DJ party and heavy sound. Their GM Mr Awadhesh said can't do anything for same and it's upto 12 o'clock midnight. This was continued till 12'O clock in night. I could not sleep. This was same in room no 405 as well. Basically hotel had promotion for DJ part with dinner which created disturbances to living guest. 3. In changed room no 405 safe was not working. Mr Sudip Panna, IT engineer came three times, changed battery as well, again fault occur with error code, he came again in night around 11 pm and corrected. 4. In room no 405 as well hot water was not coming in night inspite hot water tap was opened for 3 to 4 minutes, I took bath in night in very cold water. These all issues gave me lot of disturbances which I informed to hotel management and front office at time of leaving. Very sad and upset as this hotel was MMT approved but not the value of money paid. I paid high amount for substandard hotel. Very sad.

    Hotel rooms and bathrooms are good and big in size but lack basic amenities like dentle kit, shaving kit, TV channels were also limited. Food was also limited and not to the taste of a business traveller. Considering the Hotel charges even breakfast spread are very limited.

    1) LOCATION -- Centre of the city. Transportation is easily available.Within a radius of 5 kms --Pandri Bus stand and Railway station are located. 2) STAFF - Very Cordial Staff - be it at the Reception , Room Service and the Dining area..They look into the minutest details of ensuring our comfortable stay at the Hotel. 3) ROOMS -- Are very big and interiors well done.Bathrooms are very clean and big. 4) FOOD -- EXCELLENT .Their spread of Breakfast buffet is xcellent and quality of food is too good. I have been visiting this Hotel since 24th of December 2015 and am a regular visitor ( every month).They have not only maintained the quality of their services but are also now renovating them. You stay once and mark my words , you will come back again and again -like I do.Best for families , elderly couples and professionals.

    The hotel has airport pick up and drop services which is quite convenient. The rooms are quite big and the location is also quite good. It has got good restaurants too. In room dining service is very prompt and the food is also quite good. They have glass elevators. The lobby is also good.

    We were there for 4 days. Hotel was very close to the medical college and railway station, on the main road. Rooms were big and well appointed. Had bit of a trouble with AC one day for which I was promptly shifted to a better room. Good breakfast was included. The best thing about the Hotel was its staff, really good and ready to help. It really is good value for money Hotel
