We were looking for a quick stop at rajahmundry and our requirement was for an AC room with covered car park (considering May). This hotel located at the 3rd floor of a commercial building was just what we were looking for. They had a basement parking facility. The service was quick and the food was nice. The rooms given to us were big but looked dated especially the bathrooms which were to be frank below average. But the quick service and excellent location made up for these shortcomings.

Situated in a good location in town, Rooms are cosy,Bathroom for hot water, u need to dip immersion heater provided in bucket. Restaurant is good for veg foods. Services are prompt and good. There is parking facilities in ug floor.

Hotel is reasonable in rate. however there is no breakfast facility. room services like housekeeping and laundry at not punctual. hotel is clean and maintained however at noisy area. overall average hotel for a quick business tour.

Stayed here when we came for a friend's marriage. Room is spacious enough and looks good. Felt a bit expensive as bathroom was looking a bit old. Except that everything was good and staff really helped in whatever way possible for making our stay comfortable. Internet was fast and could eat good food from the restaurant situated below.

At Leela Pavilion, Rajahmundry Following the advertisements and reviews we selected Leela Pavilion to stay for oneday, though it is two kms from the Railway Station. The hotel is located in the heart of the town. We reached Rajahmundry in the early hours of the morning. Though our booking was confirmed, they informed us that they would give one room at G.N.R. Residency for a few hours to wash and have our bath since all rooms were fully occupied. Soon after our landing at the station, they asked us to go to Leela pavilion as one room was vacant. After a few hours they allotted another room. The rooms are very neat and clean. The surroundings are also very good with many shops and restaurants around. The hotel is located on the third floor and just below is Dolphins hotel. The staff is courteous and prompt. But proper maintenance and management are lacking . Though the hotel advertisement promises that the word Care finds a new meaning at their three star hotel. It is conspicuous by its absence. As soon we entered, we found that hot water supply system failed due to some technical defect. Our electronic key is not functioning. The taxi service has only one car which has been already engaged. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel though one can find good restaurants nearby. The hotel people expressed their inability to supply new linen bed sheets. They have no local knowledge to guide us to see temples and tourist places. They did not supply complimentary breakfast as our package did not include it. There is wifi facility. There is one good hotel Jayaram Restaurant just behind the hotel which has many good Andhra dishes and pickles to satisfy ones apetite. The staff just explained that their manager was away and they could not rectify anything till he arrives, which seems to be a lame excuse since all the customers should not be allowed to suffer till their managers arrival. Of course they gave us electric water coil to get hot water. They used their master key to open our door whenever we want to enter our rooms. The cleaning staff came very late to dust and clean our rooms. So proper maintenance of rooms and prompt services are most essential things for customers satisfaction. Let us hope that these two things will be taken care of in future. The hotel rooms have a good ambiance. There is large scope for further improvement.
