What's Good: Overall nice because we only went there to sleep, were out whole day. But the service could have been better. The in-room phone did not work for all 2 days, the beds were not made even once in 2 days after we checked-in, in-spite of asking them to clean the room and we had to keep the hot-water tap open for ~10-15 minutes before it could start giving hot water for bathing. I think that was a lot of waste of water.

It is a centrally located hotel and is accessible easily. Though it is in a commercial complex it still has a peacefulness. Rooms are very spacious. Linen is clean. Bathrooms are clean. In room dining is available. Won't comment about taste as I didn't have anything. Room service has a scope for improvement. Front desk people are helpful.

Travelled solo for business and stayed in Galaxy by Mango for 2 N & 3D. Its on main road but the entrance to hotel is very shabby, its from between the market and a dark entrance through lift lobby, staircase are very bad and damp. Inside an average looking hotel, seems a bit overpriced for the price paid. Did not tried their food as they also order from some other restaurant i the vicinity. They serve only Gujrati thali in their restaurant.

This hotel is located on 3rd floor of an old shopping complex. There is absolutely no parking space. You have to take a lift from dirty parking space full of urine smell. Staff is untrained, they have absolutely no idea of hospitality industry. Hotel Corridors were full of Hukkah Vapours and were stinking badly. Rooms are gigantic, but it doesnt really matter when you start doubting the "Level" of Hotel. We had to change the rooms 4 times, (yes, You hear it right- 4 times!) First we were allotted Room No. 103- jet Spray of the commode was not working Then we were shifted to Room no. 104- Fan wasnt working Then Room N0. 120 which was badly stinking with Hookah smell and a person was already inside it (Im sure he was a person known to hotel authority meaning they're utilizing the room for their personal usage) Finally we were allotted a room which was "Livable" however- the pillow covers were having blood stains, used milk pouches lying on the table. Still we had to live in it as we had no other option and we were tired. Hotel guys dont offer complimentary mineral water. They charge Rs. 38 (Price 35, Service Charge Rs. 3, yes I'm not kidding- they charge 3Rs SERVICE CHARGE on inflated MRP) even though it has been abolished by Govt. for mineral water whose MRP is Rs. 20. First of all this Hotel does not belong to Mango Properties now. Since last year I had been working with the managers for my booking directly and the answers were deceiving. as I was taking my handicap sister with me I needed a handicap room. This Hotel is on the second floor does not have a handicap ramp as he had mentioned. We stayed there Feb 11-13, 2017, though had booked for 7 nights but due to their worst service and cold water for shower as it's solar....the technician made aware the day we checked out. Worst breakfast any dogs will also not eat that. As I had booked from U.S.A., the rate was almost triple than the regular rate. Service was totally lousy. Had to call the maintenance and the services several times. Rooms faced the corridors That faced the outside dinning filled with the filthy trash...upstairs on the second floor where the outdoor dinning was filled with stale food on the floor and the dirty dishes were there God knows since when not picked up. Rats were running around to eat the food. Asked the service people to make the room at 9 am and was not done till 4:30 pm until we asked the guy whom we knew worked there. I would not even recommend anyone to stay at this place until the health official gives them the permit to be a livable place. l was a Travel Agent for 38 years now retired and have been to the fam trips and stayed at many hotels in the WORLD, had never came across any 3-5 to 4 star hotel in this condition.

At the outset let me confess that the rooms were not booked by me. I came here on work and the rooms were booked and paid for by someone else so i dont know exactly how much was paid for the rooms. Ok, now that we have got tje disclaimer out of the way, here is my experience with the hotel. The rooms are on the bigger side but most of them are not fully clean. If you complain about the rooms they are extremely reluctant to make corrections, clean up or change the rooms. The front office is poorly staffed and has had no training. The room service is surprisingly prompt but the food is of a very low quality. The lift may or may not work. The hotel is on the 3rd floor and sometimes even the staircase access is closed so have to call up the hotel and get them to send someone with the keys to open the staircase gate even to walk up. Basic things are an issue like the entrance of the building stinks of common loo. Overall stay here only if you have no other alternate at the same price.
