Excellent stay. Good quality food. The service was quick and well trained persons were available. Good WiFi. Food was very tasty and it was served in my room. I stayed 2 nights 27 September and 28 September. TV ac linen was good.worth visiting again.

We recently visited and impressed with the facility, cleanliness, and staff support provided from hotel at very good price. Though building is old, but hotel floor is good. If you need complimentary pick up service offer by hotel, then please inform them in very very well advance otherwise you won't get it. Overall good package at very budget price.

it's budget hotel. in the middle of city. it is suitable if you do not look for much. hotel room are clean .go for booking through online portal . so that rate will be cheaper. other wise go for another option. as lots of good hotel in Rajkot.

I stayed here for one day along with my brother but was not satisfied with the facilities and amenities provided by this hotel. I had booked this hotel through OYO. We were promised a free pickup from the airport by the hotel but when we reached Rajkot airport there was no one from the hotel present at the airport in spite of me informing the receptionist Ms. Bindiya just before our flight was to take off from Mumbai. I then called the hotel from the airport to ask why nobody had come to pick us? The person on the phone told me that he will call me back in a few minutes but he didn't call us. I called him again after a few minutes and he responded by saying that their car had a punctured tyre and hence they will not be able to pick us, instead he informed me to take an auto from the airport and reach their hotel. He agreed to pay the auto charges on the hotel's behalf. When we reached the hotel, we were alloted room no.314. After freshening up, we switched on the window ac but while turning the ac knob, the loose knob fell in my hand. The window ac was very old and not maintained. On the back side of the ac, through the crevice, I could clearly see the back side which was very filthy. There was a wall on the back side and all filthy garbage was lying on that wall which was clearly visible through the crevice. Secondly, two electrical charging points were not working. We couldn't charge our phones due to that. We informed the reception about this problem and they told us to wait for some time to shift us to another room. After some time we were shifted to room no.306. This room was comparatively better than the previous room alloted to us. There was a split ac inside the room and the view from the room was good compared to the filthy back wall of the previous room. Next morning, we had to check out early. As it was chilly in the morning, we called the reception to switch on the geyser switch from their end so that we can bathe in hot water. They switched on the geyser switch from the reception after which we decided to take a bath but we experienced that we could only bathe in the shower and not through the tap as the fitting of the tap was faulty and hence water couldn't flow out of the tap in to the bucket. We had to compulsorily bathe through the shower but to our dismay, the hot water flowed out from the shower only for a few seconds and then it was all cold water. We were in a hurry and hence bathed in the cold water. Also the stand that holds the jet sprayer next to the WC was broken and hence the jet sprayer was lying down on the bathroom floor. The free WiFi provided by the hotel was free just for namesake as it's connectivity was very bad and we couldn't access anything on our mobile. What we observed overall was that the hotel was very poor in offering the facilities and amenities that a good hotel would provide. The maintenance is very poor and the necessary repairs are not being carried out just to save money but what the hotel people don't realize is that if the customer is inconvenienced due to the lack of services, they will end up in loosing their business. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody who expects decent services from a hotel during their stay.

Firstly this place was pretty tricky to find. Slow dodgy lift and dark dirty stair well up to the third floor. Staff were ridiculously rude and unwelcoming. Room was stuffy, sheets were filthy and no toilet paper available. It may be budget accommodation but that shouldn't mean dirty and bad service. We booked somewhere else and left within an hour. Plenty of other places available to stay in Rajkot so we would recommend staying elsewhere.
