This is a nice Quaint Hotel - a palatial property converted into hotel. Very peaceful stay, staff was very courteous. Each room had a unique theme (we had booked 3 rooms), spacious and well maintained. We had gone to the terrace at night and the terrace has dim lit sit-outs atop. Enjoyed gazing at the stars in the peaceful night. Had a memorable stay. Didn't had food there, rather had gone to an Italian joint "Le Pizzeria" a walking distance from the hotel and had relishing Italian food (pasta, lasagna, wood grilled pizza).

Gorgeous old palace with a lot of charm , lost in the middle of nowhere . Too sad there is so few visitors as it deserves a stop , especially if youre going to the Jain temple . The swimming people is beautiful, the rooms are decorated with taste , service is good and food as well. We felt it was our little hotel for 2 nights . We were sad when we left , as if it was a childhood house .

Beautiful location , lovely surrounding , clean pool and courteous staff. The rooms are big with all the standard amenities. The swimming pool is well maintained . The breakfast and food is average. If you want non spicy food - you should specify . The hotel needs to do something one the food front .

Great decor, antique furniture, old stonework in a haveli setting thats Fateh bagh. The rooms are spacious, clean n each room has a different theme. The pool is clean too n the sprawling lawns offer evening relaxation. The staff was very courteous n offered service with a smile. However as an Indian I discerned preferential treatment given to foreign guests.. read whites. The restaurant is on the expensive side n not too much variety is offered. The breakfast offered has an adequate spread and the staff assigned to the breakfast were attentive to guests needs. Ranakpur is not a happening place but it is perfect as a relaxing getaway. However it would be nice if the hotel offered some sports like badminton court or indoor games like chess n pool table...

Should I be secretly pleased that not many know how beautiful this hotel is? It is truly a gem. The owners (HRH Groupbrought 65,000 pieces of stone from an abandoned 1802 A.D. Rawla Koshilav palace to reconstruct this hotel 64 kilometers away from its original location. The hotel is secluded, set amidst the foothills of the lush Aravalli hills. We were in Ranakpur to enjoy the beauty of the awesome Jain temple with its 1444 columns. When we arrived here at the hotel by evening, we were taken aback for more than a single reason. Gorgeous surroundings, grand hotel, and we were virtually the only guests there that night! I think another traveler checked in much later at night. The grounds are landscaped, the swimming pool looks luxurious and inviting. The dinner was especially prepared to cater to my vegetarian quirks and preferences. There was a brief power outage but it made the atmosphere even more mysterious. They promptly placed elegant candles on our table. The ceiling of the restaurant was fabulous. Our suite with that old world charm had with a large bathroom. One night was all we stayed there, but the morning was spectacular. I asked if we could go up on the terrace. Voila.. what a view from there we saw. Birds of all nature chirping, parrots flying around freely, perhaps we heard a peacock in the distance. They very kindly brought numerous rounds of coffee up for us... There was a mild drizzle of rain and misty clouds over the hills made it an out of this world experience. Later on, after we'd checked out, and done our tour of the temple complex, I slipped on the wet temple floor. My knee was bleeding so we rushed back to the hotel, and although we had checked out that morning, the front desk very kindly offered first aid items. Can't complain about the service, the hospitality, the food, the ambience, the cleanliness... all superb. Thank you, Fateh Bagh, would love to come and stay there again, just to relax. I love the roof terrace with little nooks and mattresses for comfort. So very inviting.
