What's Good: the road to the hotel is very bad and not indicative and there are no activities for the children as the place is so isolated

What's Good: The hotel is pretty big and well kept. we were uipgraded to a bigger room which was a little away from the main building. But it was very nice and tastefully done up.The staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel seems to cater to foreign tourists. it needs a bit of imporovement on food front. need to add more options for all the meals and with tea as well. We just loved the facade of this hotel. Lovely property. would recommend to people.

When u plan a quick weekend plan with ur friends and family, this resort fits in all the parameters..8 hours drive from Delhi..try the route from dausa.. as u will se scenic beauty and a lot of lush green mountains(currently the roads are under construction) the resort is well maintained and staff is cooperative and helpful. Service is quick. The super deluxe rooms are amazing with NO TV but u will not miss TV since the resort has a lot to offer and u can spend quality time and ucan easily avoid tv.. though u can carry ur Bluetooth speakers as it can add some good elements to ur trip.. both the pools are well maintained. You may not get many options in food buffet but the available options are good and delicious. Front desk manager Mr Ajay is quite competent and manages the resort well along with guests needs. Service guy Dharmendra is extremely helpful. If the resort can add some activities for kids, this might add to their customers delight. Overall a wonderful stay in a lush green forest with outstanding customer service!!

Cockroaches and lizard in room. Overpriced IMO. Probably because we went off season. Lot of work was going on so did not feel like vacation. I will avoid going off season. Approach road is not paved and easy to miss

Excellent property and very helpful staff. Stayed for two nights/three days and enjoyed the experience. Our rooms were upgraded and I was surprised by the spaciousness of the well-appointed rooms. The decor and furnishings give the new property an old world charm.

We stayed in this beautiful, huge hotel which belongs to Alsisar Hotels for 5 days and we were already impressed when arriving there. The hotel is in a palace style with large and convenient, clean rooms and having a nice spa area with a nice pool where you can really relax and enjoy if you like it quiet. There is also another huge pool opposite of this spa area which is also very nice. We had taken the full board which is recommendable if you go for tiger safaris or if you do not have a car to drive to the city center. There was always buffet style for all meals and the taste of the food was superb and presented in a nice way. also, we had one evening outside BBQ stations but then the weather condition was too hot to do it again. The whole staff did a perfect job and were more than helpful with all our requirements like booking tiger safari tours in 4x4 Jeep or calling us a taxi or making us a sandwich box to take it on the safari etc. Our special thanks are going to the reception staff - Mr. Yogendra, Mr. Mahendra, Mr. Rajveer and Mr. Ajay as well as to the restaurant team. You all made our holiday fantastic!

We stayed here for two lovely days and nights and felt like we have lived there always and always will. The pool areas were for kings, the courtyards were warm and beautiful, the rooms like a film "My India" if there ever was a film with that name. The locker in the old fashion charming way. The dining room absolutely maharadja-like with silver patterned walls, mirrors, chandeliers, multi coloured windows and beautiful dressed servants in bright colours and turbans. Bollywood.
