Visiting from the US, we spent 2 nights at this lovely resort. So far the best hotel on our trip yet. The room was spacious and the staff so accommodating. We missed a breakfast because our safari ended late and Batti Lal who works in the dining room, found us food to get us by until lunch started. The food was plentiful, and they really made us feel welcome. We met with other travelers who'd had a horrible experience at another hotel and that's why we decided to write our review. Doing the research before you travel is so worthwhile. And yes, on our second safari we did see a tiger. Not everyone does and you need to understand this when coming to Ranthambhore. They have 10 zones, some with more tigers and some with less. We did see a tiger in zone 7 but not in zone 8. We heard zones 1 through 6 were better, but on the day we saw a tiger we were in zone 7. I really think luck plays a large part in whether you see one or not. Good luck.

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Ranthambore reserve. The hotel is stunning and immaculate, greeted by the staff on arrival with a flannel and welcome drink. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to arrange for you. Every staff member cheery and helpful and approachable and nice to chat with them. The rooms are fabulous, and grounds lovely. Souvenir shop is incredible with all the items you can buy, including the making of clothes to your design and size and fabric overnight! Staff in there helpful and prices very good. We had full package and buffet food at every meal was varied great quality and puddings lovely! Restaurant staff were so nice and such great service, especially from Batti Lal.Bar was nice to have a drink before dinner, with excellent service yet again. I rarely leave reviews but as this gets 10 out of 10 I needed to share! Reserve was interesting, wish it was cleaner and less litter to preserve this important area that is vital for these tigers and animals to survive , jeep drivers lovely and considerate, we saw a tiger very close so very happy to see one of India's finest animals. One opportunity to improve? Clean the area that you drive to the hotel of litter to show how much you care for the environment and the money tourism brings from animal and environmental loving people. We would definitely recommend and come back! !

We stayed for 2 nights at Tigress Resort and went on 2 jeep safaris. Our room was so beautiful and very large. We were showed to our room and the staff explained everything. Meals were included in our room package and we had buffet. We were very well looked after by our waiter, Batti Lal, who remembered how we both liked our coffee and even what ingredients I liked in my omelette. It was these things that made our stay very comfortable and memorable. The young gentleman at the bar, also remembered which beer my husband liked and was very helpful and polite and had a laugh with us. Would highly recommend The Tigress Resort.

The rooms were really value for money, considering that we took the all meals included package. Toddler friendly mostly, except the staircases that led up to the reception. No ramp for the stroller.the spread was good but the food was average. Nice cultural programs in the evenings. Staff was nice.
