Words are difficult to find to describe this place. The staff, the catering, the housekeeping are just superb. Accommodation is in individual 'tents' reached by lit pathways at night. These are spacious rooms with comfortable beds and well maintained bathroom. I stayed 4 nights and loved every minute of it. But above all the safaris into the Park. I went for 7 safaris in Ranthambore. Out of 7, I managed to spot tigers in 6 safaris. I spotted 11 individual tigers multiple times, 1 leopard and 1 sloth bear. I was also lucky enough to witness a successful tiger hunt. Tiger Machan arranged my safaris and coordinated with the gypsy at the time of the Safari making it a hassle free experience for me. I didn't have to do anything, it was all organized by Tiger Machan. But one should book the safaris in advance to get the prime zones of the national park. At this time, zone 2&6 are the best, but that keeps on changing. It is an amazing place and I would recommend Tiger Machan to anyone going to Ranthambore

There are not enough positive words to describe the marvellous way we were looked after. We arrived later than expected and were shown to our Machan tent which was very large with lovely dark wood furniture, the large bathroom was through a tent flap at the back of the tent and there was an insect screened veranda at the front. Within an hour of arriving it was very chilly and overnight we appreciated the big quilt, as our stay progressed the nights became less cold as spring arrived. There is a restaurant but due to my difficulty walking the staff very kindly set up 2 easy chairs and a table with 2 chairs so we could eat our meals on the veranda. We had booked full board, we were woken by Hansaraj bringing us morning tea, he collected our breakfast order and delivered it all 30 mins later, we had the same service with every meal, interspersed with tea and drinks service. The food was varied, excellent quality and cooked fresh, we chose to eat Indian food but there are non Indian items available, if you are burger/pizza/chips people then these items are not included on the menu, for us that made it even better. Unfortunately I suffered an injury on the 3rd day - the staff moved into action and within 2 hours I was taken to a hospital, seen by an English speaking Orthopaedic consultant that was arranged by the receptionist, issued medication, all the time accompanied by two members of staff to ensure that I understood everything that was happening. From then on we were given a member of staff to look after our every need, Hansaraj looked after us for the whole stay, moving beds and chairs wherever we wanted to be, by the pool, in the lovely garden. All the staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble, they rearranged all of our safari's, took us out to get cash to local villages and looked after us to a very high standard, given the fact I had to have my leg raised for the whole holiday we would never have managed without them. We went on 2 private safaris and 1 group one, the group safari was for us not a success as the guide spoke no English and we had no idea what was going on. The private safaris were expensive but worth every penny as we saw 7 tigers during our stay, some only 10 feet away - amazing. If we were returning to the area we would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Stayed here recently for three nights and had a great time. The resort is located a little out of the way, around two kilometres from the entrance to the park and the fort, and the turn can be easy to miss if you don't keep a careful look out for the sign board. Once you get there, it's quiet and pleasant, with only the sounds of the birds and insects to enjoy. We booked the basic tent which was spacious and clean, with an air conditioner to save you from the Rajasthani heat. The toilet was clean, but you will have to be comfortable being around insects and lizards, which are hard to keep out I assume. The staff is really friendly and helpful, great guys all round. The food at their restaurant is expensive but tastes good. The hotel was really helpful in arranging safaris. We'd asked them to set us up for a morning gypsy safari at 9pm the previous day, and they got us one in zone 6. They also arranged a canter in zone 5 the next day, again on short notice. We spotted tigers on both trips, but note that this luck based, and not guaranteed. Their driver Bablu is an amazing guide, and quickly tracked warning calls to get us a sighting of Junior Ladali and her cubs. He also drove us to Palighat, and arranged a boat ride. Everytime he drove us, depending on where we were, he'd explain to us the history of that place, recent sightings, the history of the tigers, how the villagers and animals cope with each other etc. He's young, really knowledgeable, and has a pretty good command of English, which was helpful as I don't speak Hindi. Overall, I'd easily recommend this place.

Best tiger safari and stay I had so far. Very comfortable luxury tents around a garden. Nice pool in another corner of the premises. Staff all very professional and pampering the guests. Very well organized hotel. Highly recommended and would always stay there again.
