What's Good: The staff were not behaved properly. The hotel didn't mainten neatness and the food is too poor , the staff have no sense of hospitality. I will never suggest any one to stay in this hotel.

What's Good: The Hotel room (AC Deluxe) was no where near the review mentioned. Furniture was creaky and dirty and the room ambience was very poor. Only silver lining was the decent Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. The Hotel staff where anything but helpful and were more concerned at pushing there agenda. They would not even guide on the places of interest unless we commit to using their facility/services. I would not willingly recommend this hotel to anybody.

I stayed with my partner only for one night but the staff were very good. Sihv helped us book our tiger safari for the afternoon we arrived and we managed to get very good seats in the canter. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The food is good and affordable. The pool is clean and gets the sun for most of the afternoon. Definitely recommend it.

We booked into Tiger Safari Resort for one night for the sole purpose of doing a safari at the nearby park. When we arrived things began well, we organised and paid for a safari the next day. We were told we would be picked up at 6.30am and would have 2.5-3hrs on safari. We were told the jeep would contain 6 people including us, some from another hotel and that the fee included the cost of the vehicle, guide and entrance fee. We were also told to come for tea at 6am. The pool looked inviting and the room was nice, though it needed a good clean and the bathroom in particular needed cleaning and really a full update. The restaurant staff were great throughout the stay and we had a meal and breakfast which was nice. The table clothes however were stained and do not get changed. The next day we went for tea and got biscuits to at 6am. We then waited in reception for the pick up, the vehicle did not arrive until 6.58am and the receptionist had to call to make sure they were coming. There also wasnt enough space as there were seven rather than 6 people, the driver said he could do it and that we didnt need a guide anyway so brought a passenger forward to the guide space. We arrived at the park and entered at 7.20am after paying the fees etc. The drive around was fun though we saw very little and didnt stop for the few animals their were, I think this was because of the desperation to see tigers, sadly none for us which is sometimes the case and no ones fault, sometimes they are just not visible. What really got to us was that we left the park at 9.24am not even giving us the 2.5hr that the hotel promised and that was the lower side. In my opinion if there has been very few sighting of animals you should at least have the full allocated time so that you have s bigger chance of finding more animals. When we returned to the hotel we complained to the manager about this, he didnt apologise or let me finish a sentence and I tried to explain that its just about being clear when you sell something so people are not upset, no one expects to see everything when they go on safari but they do expect to look for the full amount of allocated time. We have travelled just for safari and it was a very disappointing experience. I do not think the manager cares after he has received payment. We then had to wait for ongoing transport which was late afternoon, we had to pay almost the full room rate to keep the room for an extra 5hrs which was also quite disappointing especially as we were so unhappy. Make sure you know what your paying for and expect the cleaning standards not to be the best, the sunbeds were somehow even dirty and with no mats.

We stayed two nights at Tiger Safari Resort and we booked our safari tours through the hotel. I'd not come back again to stay there. I didn't expect much but still, I think that the management could do basic things to improve the stay. The room is OK and is similar to the photos. However, the bathroom and toilets need to get improved. Once you're taking a shower all the bathroom is getting wet as there aren't glass cover or shower curtain. The water in the toilets is flushed well and you can imagine what it caused us. For the Indian cuisine lovers, the restaurant serves a tasty food. The service was good. Safari booking: We booked the safari with the hotel. Take into account that the safari is non-refundable and the government makes whatever they want to (It's India). We were told to be ready at 06:00AM, the driver arrived just at 07:00 and we spent 2 hours in the safari instead of 3. When we asked for the refund we were told bt the hotel managers the this is the way it works

Booked two rooms. We were allotted nice rooms with connecting balcony and swimming pool view that was cleaned every morning.. Breakfast is ok but if warm milk is offered then why is cold milk chargeable? regarding tea - 1 cup per person. Reason given by staff - it's off season so the owner wants to charge.. Flies are prevalent, lizard in the bathroom. Toiletries weren't changed and neither did the staff ask if we needed room to be. Cleaned. I appreciate their honesty regarding safari booking which they said couldn't guarantee tiger sighting and would also charge more. They also warned me about false agents.
