    Average!

What needs to improve : Worst customer experience. Least courteous staff.

Reason For Rating : This is the second time that Hotel Ajanta Palace has denied to honour the booking given through the travel portals. It seems that either do not have a good rapport with the portals or they are least interested for business.

  • If you don't have any options, go for this

    by arpanzohan on

I don't know why people have given good ratings to this hotel, I found it just an average hotel with all the basic ammenities. I will recommend if you just want to find a shelter with some good food, go for this as it is very close to station.

  • Nice food and apt for parties

    by MAMTA B on

This place is very good for parties and food served here tastes awesome. I frequently visit and enjoy with my family. I gave birthday party of my daughter here only and all guests just loved everything of this hotel.

  • Below average hotel.........

    by latheshrao on

Checked in to the hotel after arriving at Ratlam midnight......Had very limited options for hotels in main town. Checked 2-3 hotels before checking-in at Ajanta Palace. The hotel prices are not cheap if you compare it with the facilities they offer. There is no bar, toiletries are not good, dint have toilet rolls. Stayed in VIP room costing Rs 2000/- which they gave at Rs 1750/-, not worth it. The other basic rooms were too bad to even have a look. From outside the hotel cleanliness is just 'Sat', if you look towards service lobby, you will get a shock. Also, the approaches to the hotel is dirty inspite of being at the center of the town, open sewers etc.........No wifi too which u require in a small town becoz of poor network connectivity....No complimentary breakfast provided.
