Beautiful, neat and clean. Outstanding scenic view. Homely and comfortable. First floor is the best from where one can enjoy the beauty of the snow capped magnificent mountains. Food is very good. The hosts Mr Sayantan and Prem Bhai are wonderful people looking after the guests. One can spend the whole day enjoying conversation with Mr Sayantan and the lovely sunshine. I would strongly recommend this Resort for multiple visits. one more thing ... a bonfire is held in the evenings which we enjoyed a lot.

Very beautiful, nice, clean and quiet place to stay in Ravangla. The local staff is friendly and try their best to make a comfortable stay for their guests. Good food, beautiful well cared garden with a wonderful view if the weather is clear. We can warmly recommend the Hilltop Rabong Resort. Ursula & Sonam Dorjee, Switzerland

If you are in Ravangla, and looking for a budget friendly place that offers a great stay and warm hospitality, you have come to the right place. If you are lucky to get one of the rooms in the first floor and the weather is clear then you can just indulge in the beauty of the snow capped mountains and feel the gratitude of experiencing the magnificent beauty. One can perhaps spend the whole day just sipping tea and looking at the mountains and take breaks during lunch and dinner on the dining hall in the ground floor. You get good food, served with love and care and enjoy conversations with Sayantan and Prem. They are superb hosts. The stay is comfortable and the hosts try everything for the gusets to have a lovely experience. A friendly warmth is what wraps one around and one will carry the sweet memories of the place for a long time to come. They have a nice garden in the front and a viewing deck ...we enjoyed the sunshine during the day and a bonfire in the evening... Time very well spent indeed.

If you are visiting Ravangla you can book them with eyes closed. They will never let you down. Positive points ... 1. Good location, 4 km from crowded Ravangla bazar amidst nature 2. Excellent service : bookings by Sayantan da, in house care by Prem bhai, prompt room service by Guddu and others 3. Food : bengali cuisines specially fish items are rare to get in Sikkim : just enjoy 4. Pick up, drop, sight seeing are well arranged by resort so you can enjoy your holidays tension free. Negative points : 1. Your privacy can be intruded by chats or tv shows from next room. 2. Room and food prices are on the higher side (personal opinion) .... so negatives can be easily ignored and go for booking the resort without a second thought (they have only a few rooms probably 4 and remain booked most of the time)

A quiet quaint place nestled on the laps of nature. The place is small having only 5 guest rooms, out of which we had booked 4 as we were a group of 4 couples with 4 kids. There is a small maintained garden in front of the resort which offers a breathtaking view of snow capped Kanchenjunga on a clear day. Nothing much to do as its away from the town but gives you ample opportunities to spend time with family and friends sitting at the lawn over a hot cuppa or listening to your favourite numbers over the camp fire on a chilly night. Its not a luxurious resort with professional service but hospitality is satisfactory and so is food.
