What's Good: Location of the Hotel is fabulous. Surrounded by greenery with picturesque view of mountains.
What needs to improve : The approach road is not good and very uncomfortable. Also rooms should be insect free.

I stayed in this resort for one day and must say that it offers the best view to kanchenjunga.. here are some pros and cons Pros 1. View is excellent.. cant ask for more 2. Cottage set up is very good in midst of flower gardens. 3. Food quality decent. Cons - 1. Though it's very popular the drivers don't want to go there. There is a steep climb for which the local drivers will charge 300 to 400 extra for a drop. 2. The cottages are not well maintained from inside. There are small spider webs. It's not an issue of construct but maintaineance. 3. Food is costly.

Hi all, On 2nd Jan 2018 me and my wife checked in at Mt. Narsing Eco Village. The approaching road from the main road was pathetic in condition. But when we reached the resort we were mesmerized by the location and beauty of the resort and the surroundings. Specially Mt. Narsing peak. The cottage rooms were very well maintained. The staffs were very much courteous and helpful. Specially the manager of the property Mr. Asish (+919593266009). In the evening the staffs arranged bonfire for us with some awesome local music and barbecue chicken. Food is not so costly as per the location. It was an evening to remember. We stayed there for 2 more days. Explored the local areas, went for a trek to Manem and sightseeing of Rabongla. Was feeling down when we left that place. It was a wonderful place for family and friend trip. Lastly a special thanks to all the staffs and Mr. Asish. Will visit the place next year.

It was excellent, specially Mr Saran Bishwakarma who was very helpful all the time. Only problem is that to get room confirmation from reservation team. we tried to book 4 months earlier but got the confirmation at the day of travel. To get more business reservation/owner should be proactive.

We stayed here for three nights after a short stay in Gangtok. What a lovely surprise when after a winding journey we arrived to a warm welcome and a hot cup of tea. The wooden built rooms are placed around the main building and each named after the worlds highest mountains. Each has a terrace with views overlooking the high mountains. The chef cooked us delicious fresh hot vegetarian meals. The menu changed every day which was great. This stay would have got an excellent had the sink not had a large crack which leaked onto the floor- other than that it was perfect!

We booked two rooms well in advance for our intended stay on 07jun 2017 with specific request of providing adjacent rooms. But on arriving we were given one cottage and one ordinary rooms which were far apart. When requested for an explanation we were told that this is the best they could do or else look for some other place (it was almost 9 pm). Finally after settling into our allocated rooms we were greeted with a swarm of mosquitoes and spiders. The house keeping staff said that because of the location this is quite normal and they sprayed some insect repellent which did not have that much of an effect. Next, the toilet flush was not working which they managed to repair after some hiccups. Ordering of food or contacting the house keeping staff is using your own mobile phone as the rooms do not have intercom. Food menu and service is also not up to the mark and the time for different meals is maintained stringently which is not very convenient during one's vacation. The only positive point about this resort is its location and the amazing view of Mt.Narsing it offers during clear weather days. But just because of the view it is not worth taking the pain of the rest of things as Sikkim has a number of places offering amazing views of different peaks.
