Rooms are not clean - have seepage in room and smell. AC doesn't work. No cold water. Team says -- Sahib Garmi hai. The hotel is not at all clean -- carpet in corridor stinks. Room service guys are not groomed.

We went for a group outing and the property and service are really badly managed....lot of mosquitoes...both in air and in food...no service attention...even room drinking water is separately billiable...and so on. Spoiled the entire program.

If you are looking for mid range decently maintained hotel for weekend getaway from Delhi NCR, this can be your pick. It's around 40 minutes driving distance from Manesar and road is good. Food inside is average and you can get better options outside like Haldiram (next door), sukhsagar (opposite) or various local good AC dhabas on highway at 2 minutes distance. Resort is old, averagely maintained. Staff is good and management is responsive to issues. It has a open air swimming pool next to gym and play area. Play area has a snooker and carom board table.

Let's start with the facts: it's situated on the Jaipur Highway 80 km from Delhi. It's literally on the Highway. it has Haldirams, CCD, Pind Punjab and Kyoto as next door neighbours. On the opposite side of the road are Baba Bharti, Anushree and few other dhabas on the other side of the road. it's a slightly dated property and needs upkeep. The lobby area and other aspects are still alright but the rooms are in relatively bad condition with some or the other facility or feature not working. It attracts a lot of crowd on weekend/long weekend which could be Boys only groups so one needs to keep that in mind. The pool needs to be maintained better and discipline needs to be ensured that people only enter in proper swimming gear post pre-shower but it can be difficult since the evening entertainment which is also the resort highlight is rain dance and after that people do tend to jump into the pool Another attraction is the adventure activities towards the rear side of the property, there's trained staff with safety gear to help residents practice the activities which is slightly different from other run of the mill properties. We were a family and needed 3 rooms but were given 3 rooms spaced out across the floor. When we mentioned that there were kids and we needed the rooms together the person at the desk cited inability to address the request. There was a solution we provided him but could not be implemented by him. Also, we were finally given a decent room which had a staff member staying in it. We were flabbergasted to know that it was done after 1 hour of haggling with him and that too after a long drive and when we had already informed the property about our requirement in advance The breakfast is probably the worst I have ever had in any place that I have stayed whether it was in terms of variety and spread or service or taste and with the eateries just outdoors it's better to take a package without breakfast. try it ONLY IF YOU MUST if you are getting a really good deal and no other place for a weekend break.
