Worse experience, better spend $15 more and stay in hotel like Ganga Sadan, Haridwar (thats what I did). Very dirty place, staff was hugely lacking in understanding the meaning of 'quality'. Room floors were full of dust, bed and bed sheets were terrible dirty, 3rd class bathroom, spiders crawlling, mosquitoos, only 2 towel for a party of 6, no shampoo or soap rather a tiny shampoo pouch (for 6 people???) ... I will prefer staying in a Lodge (Dharamshala). Front office staff -- terrible, rude (despite of fact they were shown the issues WHOLE night long), abusive. Service staff was doing their best however poor them working on worse and blaming management. I flew all the way from US for a beautiful trip. This place and management is trip spoiler! The guy Ashutosh was little better than other s**t guy. I finally couldn't stand the cheapest & worse mindset. Many people were joining hands & leaving when I arrived! Later I got why!!

It's one of the cheaper hotels in Rishikesh so you can't complain too much. However it's still quite standard and not that clean. Staff are nice enough though. It's nice to stay in this location away from the pretentious centre though.

I stayed 1 night in this good place. The hotel have good rooms and the rooms are well done with wood panels and furniture. We stayed in the deluxe room and it had a fantastic view of the rishikesh. This is really a retreat for total relaxation. Food is reasonably good. A conversation with the manager is a must as you will get some historical background of this place. Staff made our stay a memorable one. The staffs are also very friendly. No regrets in staying at this hotel which was once a summer retreat for the . i suggest you to come and enjoy your holidays. I will definitely come back here.
