A corporate/hospitality hectic life, people always look for a overnight trip once in a six months, thankfully we got to know about this amazing resort located at Bahadurgarh (Rohtak Highway). The entire sales team of The Grand,New Delhi hotel, Vasant Kunj was there and honestly we all had a great time together and did team building activities. The amusement park and water park along with all the meals was part of our package. The indoor and outdoor activities were decent enough that we all had a great time together,plus the food menu was quite elaborate, the quality and quantity was fantastic. The service was seamless, like a "Callaway" - Quick and Courteous. The rooms were decent, however it needs a bit of renovation,plus the air conditioner was not that chiller as it might needed some repair work along with washroom amenities needs improvement. Overall the experience was great and it is definitely recommendable. Thanks and credit goes to Mr. Udit chadha, for taking care of our group round the clock.

Went at Club Platinum Resort for a Night Stay with my family.My kid really enjoyed in the water park as well as in the swimming pool..The food tasted awesome and the spread was good. The rooms were very decent .The room service was quick n courteous. Overall a nice place n very approachable...

Went for a Night stay at Platinum Resort with my family on 7-July and had a wonderful experience...The Kids had great fun in the Wave Pool and Family Pool...The Rooms were neat and clean and the staff was very courteous and hospitable..The food was delectable and like a cherry on the cake...Will come back soon...Thanks Platinum Resort for making the weekend memorable...

We have been visiting this water park for last four years. But this time it has been disappointing beyond words. First we enter to a room which had no water and dirty bedsheets. We decided to ignore the bedsheets as we were there to enjoy the rides etc. But then the AC turns out to be useless... No cooling.. we thought it is hot so may be in some time it will get cool. But even after 5 hours of continuous running it was not cooling and u could feel the cold air only when u r at one feet distance right in front of AC which is worst than a cooler. We called reception, they sent a mechanic who pretended to do something but it did not help. After an hour, I went to the reception and asked again. He made some story. So I asked to change my room. He said I can't take this decision. My boss is having lunch, I will ask him and change. 15 minutes later I called again, he ia saying I have spoken to my boss he is looking into it. After 20 minutes i went to reception again. There was some senior guy who apparently had heard of the issue for the first time. He told the guy to check for a few rooms. i asked the reception guy why did he say he has spoken to his boss, he said i spoke to senior person who was nowhere to be seen. I told him i need the room changed in 10 minutes. Then this senior guy comes and wants to check the AC. I told him that he needs to sit on the bed and check coz door is directly in front of AC so u could still feel some cooling. He just played with the AC and left without a word. I called after 10 minutes. They said we are looking for a room. In 2 minutes this senior guy calls and asks if I would check the room before shifting. The rooms he showed me were either too small and smelly or just too smelly to stay. I was obviously upset. He is still saying AC iw not cooling properly. I tried to make him understand that AC is NOT cooling. Which AC cools only one foot of circumference????? He said I won't argue with you. I told him of course you can't argue because you are at fault and am not getting what I have paid for. Then they gave us a pedestal fan which does not throw air even to 10 inches of its distance.... Heights if irresponsibility.. then they are telling that this is a new AC!!! The condition of the AC was worst than third hand AC.. This is going to be the last visit for sure...

I can't believe, that just a few years back I had given this hotel a 5 Star review. How the service and the experience has deteriorated. The rooms remain poorly maintained and the customer service was worse. The air-conditioning at the hotel is REALLY pathetic. The room sizes are tooooo large, for the 1.5 ton AC they have installed. I had to request for additional pedestal fans to ensure I sleep a little comfortably. What made matters worse, was the REPEATED power failures- TOTAL BLACKOUT. First between 3:30pm and 5 pm, then between 8pm and 9:30pm an then again between 5am and 6:30am. When I questioned, if people should pay complete payment for the poor service provided, first their Sales Manager Udit Chadha (who let me also know that he is a BA LLB), told me that if others are paying, why should I refuse. When I countered, he resorted to intimidating tactics, which I had to accept, as I was travelling with my wife and child, and hence I couldn't retaliate against. I PAID THE BALANCE THE BALANCE AND LEFT THE RESORT THE NEXT MORNING, hoping to never return to such a poor and pathetic weekend experience.
