We spent 2 nights at the property during the last week of September. We were a group of 6. We had booked in advance. The property is secluded but we didn't have much trouble finding it via GPS. Roadside signboards are available at many places indicating the way. The manager also checked with us over call during our travel. We were provided rooms on the 1st floor with good view of the mountains. Rooms were spacious with a double bed and a single cot. Bathrooms were big and clean. Hot water was available throughout the day. Breakfast, Lunch, Tea/Coffee and Dinner were served in the dining area. There was no room service. Also, the dining area/reception was little distant from the cottages and reaching there could be a challenge esp during the rains. The staff offered umbrellas but it was still difficult esp with senior citizens. Food had variety and was quite decent. Evening snacks were prepared at additional payment on special requests. Staff was polite and supportive. The common area had a TV and a carom board. There was a scope for bonfire as well. A nice swimming pool and a play area serving as a badminton or volley ball court were available. However, due to rains it was muddy. There was an issue in the rooms where water was dripping inside through the rooftop due to heavy rains. Although it was not too much of a problem but the constant sound of dripping of water can be a nuisance when you are trying to catch some sleep. There is a scope of improvement in these areas. The place is strictly meant for sitting back and relaxing. It has a rustic charm and calmness that appeals to those seeking solace in the lap of nature.

A small resort, 40kms away from Sakleshpur town. Rooms are very good, big & nice. A perfect weekend getaway from Bangalore. No TV in rooms which means you have to talk with people with whom you have come... a good break. Not many facilities in the resort - a small swimming pool (not very clean), and a volleyball court. So come here only if you want to relax & do nothing or only if you wish to go out and explore places around this very scenic place.
