Stayed overnight. Can be rated as Good but certainly not great when compared to other stays in the vicinity. The Best part is the location ,but taste of food served nor the menu there is nothing to write about.Rooms though are OK but could have been planned a little bigger. But certainly needs a frequent cleaning. Bed was comfortable but we were given single beds, which was not informed to us while booking. Staff is supportive.Open cupboard is another minus point considering we cannot avoid lizards or spiders completely. Found lizard on our kit and bag and the window screens .But as we are the ones who had invaded their place ,cannot complain. The best way to keep off lizards is not to keep any bags or kits near the wall. The management seems to have tried their best to shut all the openings to keep off the lizards or insects from entering the room so there is lack of proper ventilation in the room. The rooms do have a large window, but as all of them open directly to the outside view they lack privacy and need to keep it closed. The bath room does have a small garden ,this does add some uniqueness to it. A major draw back is that there is no portico if you want to sit and relax outside the room. It is a rough drive for the last 6-7 kms.So better take a car having decent road clearance and drive slow.Definitely avoid driving on this mud track during monsoons. However resort does offer a safe parking space just before the start of mud track if one does not want to drive their car.The resort will arrange to be pick and drop from here if needed. The resort also arranges for an adventure drive on a 4x4 on chargable basis. The other best part of the stay is the morning trek. The views and the morning fresh air is worth a million.Just don't miss it.There is also a small water fall for those who don't want to go on a trek. The resort has its own hydro electric power generation plant .So this is certainly a eco friendly resort, but did feel bad when we had to waste a lot of water before we got hot water for our bath. Cannot say whether the kids will enjoy the stay here ,though there are few indoor games.A natural water pond is under construction, which may well be an option for the kids to play.

It was a perfect getaway for a 3-day weekend. Rooms were neat, ample open space with lot of greenery and pet animals and birds. Food was OK. Staffs were courteous. Only issue was the last 6-7 kms road (if you call it a road). If you're not a good driver or have a small car, it may be difficult to drive on that. It's more like a bad off-roading experience. Nevertheless a great start.

This place is really cut off from the town and well set in the forest. The drive there itself is refreshing. Pros: Staff is really friendly. Special thanks to Prem, Anil and Sandeep our guide for the trek. They are ready to accommodate any special request. They had set up a good Barbeque for us and we carried marinated meat ourselves. They charged very nominal for it. The morning trek was really awesome. That will be a surprise for all since the views are breathtaking Cons: The lunch was descent. The dinner could be improved. A pool within the premise could add more value to the resort.

The place really takes your breath away, the setting, landscape of tusk and dawn makes it one of my favorite jungle resorts. Words are not enough to describe tusk and dawn. The service is incredible, and the food is finger licking good. We stayed with 2 of my friends on 3 November to 5 November. Highly recommended.

We had gone there on 3rd and 4th of October. We were really excited to go there as we had heard a lot about the place. The staff of the resort were really helpful. We were vegetarians and we really enjoyed all the meals. They organised hiking and off roading trips which were very enjoyable. The most disappointing and the biggest turn off of the entire stay was the cleanliness of the place. The bed linen were extremely dirty and stained. The bathrooms were dirty even on the first day. There was no regular cleaning done even during the stay. If the resort was cleaned well it would have been a perfect trip.
