What's Good: The hotel has a lift which is their asset worth in comparison with other hotels up to Mall Road.
What needs to improve : Cleanliness of the hotel should be better and quality of materials used should be replaced with better quality of materials like furniture, bathroom, etc.
Reason For Rating : Quality of material used in furniture in hotel rooms can be better.

What's Good: U guys are making fool of people you mentioned in my booking all taxes to be paid by customer in the inclusions and even then I had to pay taxes extra DAT too of the amount more than paid by me . It would be better DAT you guys return my amount otherwise I will spread this fraud done by and hotel on social media.

What's Good: Very very good! Not suitable for old people though as stairs are unavoidable. For others its a great experience

What's Good: the hotel is located at mall road and right on the public parking. the only problem is that its bit expensive. rooms are good but not worth the money (i paid 6500).

One of the best hotels. They are taking full precautions during this crucial time. It's on the mall road so great location and view from rooms is perfect. Staff is very helpful and even the food is very good. Great place to stay.

Hotel have only 1 advantage and tht is location and personal lift.breakfast very very poor not at all recommended.rooms ok bt zero ventilation zero view from room.service very poor.food to costly.staff is very unfriendly.its feel like all the staff know that hotel location is best after that dont give anything to guest.i pay 10000 for 1 day and staying with 2 kids staff said we provide only 2 half ltr water bottle per day.they dont provide u cuttlery in room also.not at all 5 or 4 star.i will give them 1 star.i think they dont know the meaning of luxury hotels.

Every time I visit to shimla. I always stay in this hotel and every time there hospitality is increasing and increasing. Staff is very cooperative. Mr anil on front office is very nice person. We book our booking this time from booking.com but at time of booking hotel closed there inventory. So we received booking but hotel didnt get our booking. This is right of hotel that they can refuse us we have booking of 3 rooms. But mr anil said you have small kids we will not refuse you but we will give you only 2 rooms but later on till evening they also give us another 3rd room. We are very thankful for this cooperation. Food quality of this hotel is awsum. In night tym there is live singing lounge it was a quality time we spend here.

Its my favourite place to stay in Shimla. Location is perfect near to Mall Road and with own lift. Service is maintained and its very good. I stayed 3rd time here and its the only choice in Shimla. Has good restaurant and bar facility available. Hot water availability is great in cold weather.
