    Poor!

What's Good: It was a pathetic experience staying in Satkaar Hotel. I have already dropped a mail regarding this earlier but haven't received any feedback from your end.

  • Basic hotel with Rude staff

    by Mani B on

We got to know about this hotel from one of our friend, but when we reach there, its nightmare, Staff was very rude, they don't know the hospitality, money minded peoples, rooms, linens are dirty don't changed even after requesting, Flush was not working. Access problem, the parking is about 2 kms from the hotel.

  • WORST HOTEL OF SHIMLA

    by agarwaldynamics on

This hotel is located at height where one has to climb walking as car can not be taken to the hotel gate. Inside hotel also one has to climb on different floors through stares. No lift. Rooms are very small, gives dingy look and full of bad odor. Its food quality is very poor and utensils are very dirty. I will not recommend for any guest to be there even at cheaper rates than Rs 1000/-. Any discount offered on phone will not be honored unless taken in writing. There is no parking space. I had bookewdv this hotel for 30 jun to 01 july 18. I reached there at09 PM on 30 june but had to vacate on 01 july morning itself without even having breakfast, as it was unbearable to stay there.

  • Nightmare

    by RaquelitaNYC on

This hotel is terrible. Not so far to the Mall but still... its not in the Mall. It was extremely cold in December and we have not enough blankets. Monkeys played real battles on the ceilings and there was no minimal comfort. Towels and sheets were not very clean and the general conditions of the room were deplorable.

  • Shimla fantastic

    by Anuj B on

Well the hotel really is at strategic location - it is just a walking distance to mall with no slope. Very economical price point at such location is difficult. Nice decent rooms - for family and friends.great food - amazing quality. Less parking hassle. Since lakaar bazaar was nearby , so all our other needs we fulfilled.infact Owner personally met us for feed back - great hospitality.

  • Nightmarish experience. Terrible.

    by jajoovg on

I was totally disappointed by the standard of the hotel. I was expecting at least the availability of some minimum amenities and a neat room, but the stay was a nightmarish experience for me and my family. The room given to us was in a deplorable state. There were no towels, no soap and there was an unbearable stench in the room. The bathroom was unclean. The room was infested with mosquitoes which caused rashes on my daughter's arms. Check the floor on which room will be allocated before booking , as there is no elevator and 5th floor is like climbing a mountain.

  • although its very bad hotel, but if one gas to be there then first floor may be preferred.
