Food is good but service is notucu good as we expect .we ha EA stay because we have not My option to stay here ..ambain is perfect for chudai and rNdi bhaji .we always come here for fun we will come again

We stay with family for two nights. They ask for AC charges extra. Breakfast menu was very limited. Front office staff rude and food service staff are good, specially Mr Chetan. Dont want to stay again.

This Hotel is on the main road, about a 15 minute walk to the Mall Road. Rooms are bit smaller as expected but gives a cozy feeling. Rooms at the top floor had good view of the mountains and the surrounding landscapes.Only veg food available at the hotel but - the food was delicious. You can opt to order for non-veg food from the nearby restaurants and the hotel staff will get it for you. In room service is available.Room heater is chargeable, complementary use would have been preferred. The staff was good with their services. The manager/owner of the hotel is helpful. Will recommend this hotel to couples and families for their stay in Shimla.

I am a tour operator , and for Delhi guest I book two rooms, AT the outset I request to all travel agents to not advise to any of your guest for this hotel and never book this hotel even if guest ask because they cheat you and your guest, Now i will explain my case so that any person reading my review should get aware before booking. I book the hotel informing guest are two families, I booked two rooms with 4 extra bed, and Mr. Khera charged for the same, Now I will explain the cheated behavior of hotel : Dishonesty 1 :- But what he gave to One guest One small room where there is no place to put any extra mattress, staff went with extra mattress to put on floor but he himself was not able to place it as in room there was no space, Now you see he charge from me for two extra bed for child whereas in his room he has no place to keep even one extra bed, my guest slept very uncomfortably on one bed only and when he complaint , he is telling no it was provided,, at least he should go in to his own hotel room and check the place was it possible to place any extra mattress, so first cheating is that he charge money for two extra bed and could not provide any one as room size is very small of his hotel, Dishonesty 2 : To other family he provide Honeymoon room in which one sofa cum bed was there but not comfortable as normally extra mattress or bed use to be, then that family child has to sleep on that as no extra bed was provided, when guest ask for quilt or a extra blanket they said we do not have quilt and blanket, Guest children manage to sleep on sofa with single blanket whereas he charge two extra bed price for this room as well, again in this room as well there was no space to put any extra mattress, Dishonesty 3 : He sells his room for INR 1500 in front of guest but from me he charge each room 2600. Dishonesty 4 : Guest ask for break of price what they paid, he told to them he will send the break up to the travel agents and take it from him, after guest check out as they were feeling very bad and with a feel of over price charged and discomfort of small rooms with no extra bed they ask me to provide break up , so i sent mail to hotel, I sent 3 mails but they did not give any bill or any break up of price, as they got money they will not response you. Dishonesty 5: As a tour operator we reserve right to get tac after guest check out which was committed by hotel but tac also they will not pay you. I advise to guest as well if you are family do not book as rooms are very small and they will charge for extra bed and will tell you will give you super deluxe room and will charge high prices but when you reach they will give you small rooms where extra bed can not be fitted and will not refund your money, also they charge high price when you book in advance,

We had visit this place last week. It was very cold and the temp outside would be 5 deg C. We reached the hotel room and the bed was cold. We asked the hotel management to switch on the heater in the room. Guess what we were asked to pay extra for the heater. Nice way to fool people and earn extra money. Everyone would require heater in winter. This should be included in the basis price of the hotel.
