    I am going to shimla But Long Weekend Jorney. But I am No Book this Resorts. So Call us Mr. Jain Gm Vatika Resorts So Helpful person. Mr. Jain Help with my family and provide 2 room stay in vatika resorts. Mr. Surendra Thakur Very Help Ful Person My Family Member suddenly ill So Mr. Thakur Immegitaly First Aid Provided. Best Resorts in Shimla. Better Beauty in Hills. Nature View. Room are Good, Room Net and Clean. I am visit again.

  • Overall experience was good except few things

    Location is excellent. Rooms are excellent. Staff is very nice. Amenities are good. But Food quality is poor and variety is very limited, cleanliness is also average, above all behaviour of manager Surender Thakur is very rash. Whenever you ask him anything 1st a negative reply with very rude behave will come from him. But the healer is his G.M. Mr. Aviral Jain who is very nice, co-operative and helpful gentleman. His nature is really appreciable. If I have to stay in same resort again than he will be the only reason for that. If above mentioned minor issues with behaviour of Surender Thakur are improved than its a good place to stay and enjoy.

    Located away from the crowd in a peaceful location, spacious, food is alright, Rooms are fine and ample of space out. No alcohol available. Food is available only upto 2200hrs. And it has got good views. Suitable for short stay.

  • Very worst experience with family

    I have booked 2 room for my cousin Pankaj from Go ibibo for 3rd to 5th Jan. .Very worst experience from Vatika resorts as well as Go Ibibo service. they are both cheater. Hotel are in Very worst location, i didnot check in there even any family would not want to check in there. we were feel insecure when i entered the hotel on 3rd January, there was only 2 staff, you can say them waiter. no manager was there. they show me the room and location and we were surprised there was not a single room occupied in hotel. lot of darkness was there. unusually sound was there. we were feel insecure so We were decide not to stay here and immidietly left the hotel and search another one to stay. The location of hotel is not as good as you have shown in your website. than i called goibibo representative to cancel my booking and ask him to refund my whole amount. But Goibibo deny and provide us only 50% refund amount. My 50% amount around 7000 Rs. was washed away because of GOIbibo. SO i decide to uninstall the app and not to do any booking through Go Ibibo in future.

    we were looking for a place where we could go as a family , meaning take our parents aged 75 and our pet 11 month old lab. while we wanted rooms that were close to lawn and had good views for our parents, we wanted open space for Buuzo - our pet. the place offered both with very friendly staff also. One must mention hemant who made the stay very comfortable and Mr Jain who at a very odd hour ensured medical help. cant ever forget the hospitality. the only blip is cleanliness, could be be better to make the stay divine. We surely will visit the place. You are away from shimla maddening crowd but can go there within 30 mins.

  • How do I cancel/amend a hotel reservation?

    To cancel a booking log in to My Bookings section or call our call center on 955 5800 800(all networks).

  • Is there a cancellation policy for Hotels booked on Yatra?

    The cancellation policy for hotel bookings varies according to hotel and room type. For more information, please check the cancellation policy mentioned next to the price for the room type. If you are cancelling after the check-in date, there will be no refund. In all cases, you'll be charged a standard cancellation fee of Rs. 250 per booking over and above the hotel's own cancellation charges.
