What needs to improve : Property maintenance. Its better, not offer free breakfast at hotel.

Visited this hotel for Sai baba Darshan on 28th night . room was spacious n clean but bath room was not up to the mark as there was no hot water supply at all .also regular water was coming very slow in tap.even flush was not working due to less water supply..in short if u want take bath u have to wait for 30mins to fill the bucket .not recommend..

Bad Hospitality experience,as the self acclaimed owner Mr.Rahul Tambe charged us more then the Advertising board displayed outside the Hotel,when I asked him he said it is marketing gimmick.Room & bed was dirty,flush not working ,when asked he said I do not have enough staffs . What can I do ? He even didn't give us a Check out bill,but registration card copy picture is below.

Good hotel with nice service..rooms were clean, interior was good..we opted for family four bed room and it was a good stay..has hot water running 24x7..we did not opt for any food options so don't know how the restaurant is..good parking space available in front of hotel..sai baba temple is 15 mins walk with old people in family..

The property is good, but not well maintained, specially the washrooms. The staff needs training. The hotel is located at a distance from the temple. Definitely requires shuttle service from the hotel to the temple. Food is also not upto the mark. Their breakfast is only aloo parata. It's very disappointing. It's high time for the management to have good man power and run the show. Because there are lots of very good properties in the vicinity with the same price range offering better facilities with pick n drop to the temple and also there are plenty of restaurants around serving tasty food. We checked in Casa Green on 14th July and we faced many glitches like : 1. Free water bottle was not given in one of the room. 2. TV remote was missing and hence we couldnt watch TV. 3. Commode flush was not working , ended up using bucket. 4. In morning hot water was not coming in bathrooms. 5. Morning breakfast was included in our package and we were just served one plate of Poha that too after a wait of 30 mins. ..Haha No tea , no coffee.. Please train your staff and plan in advance when you know your guests are coming.
