What's Good: The bathroom do not have exhaust fans. I think this the basic requirement which they had to put in. Rest all is fine.

The hotel is overpriced and has nothing to offer other than the location. The service is horrible and the cost is just short of what you pay for in Taj or any other good hotel. However, the amenities and the service is way below standard and cannot be even called mediocre. The service staff are rude and impolite. Avoid it and from the reviews it appears that such reviews are common and has no effect on the management, who seem to cash in on innocence of the travellers. I wish i had checked the reviews before staying in this hotel.

Located conveniently opposite to the temple. Pretty decent restaurant. But quite costly when considering other aspects in the hotel. The service staff are worse than beggars in begging for tips. They expect to be tipped even if you give a look at them. Pretty bad. The hotel is now very old with a poor quality of lift and other infrastructure. Payment collect right on check in.They procrastinate giving you the bill when checking out that you get fed up and move on. Not worth for the tariff you pay for the room. Several new hotels have come up in the adjoining area.

Good food, and bang opposite Sai baba Temple shirdi. Good for families accompanying with elders. Another hotel in shirdi is Sai Sanjeevini for the ones who perfer Luxury as it is a 4 hotel . But not that expensive, has place for children to play and the food is not bad at all . It is walking distance from the back side of the temple.

Choose Only if you do not have any other option. There are many others around the temple premises which are a better than this one and many a short distance which offer better value for money. Mediocre maintainence, zero aptitude towards service, poorly lit passages, high rates for the rooms (despite upfront discounts they offer) and a reception desk which has an attitude that says "we are giving you rooms so be thankful and don't ask for more". In case you have no choice and you pick this up - do check the below in their rooms before you finalise, Working / non-leaking taps Working flush Hot water Working ac - keep ac on for 10-15 mins and ensure it does not make a racket Prefer the lower floors as lift is old, rickety and not trustworthy. Tea coffee and snacks are served from a nearby restaurant and are passable but avoidable. Sai Naivedyam is a decent place for food and so is the Punjabi dhaba near the old entry gate.

Located very close to Sai Baba Temple, rooms are decent, but high tariff, not value for money.. Main road is abuzz with people and traffic, so better to choose hotels away from Main road. House-keeping and room service is average, and needs to be improved.
