Reason For Rating : There was no clarity that hotel was booked for one person only. I was traveling with family and rate was shown for one person only. I had to pay additional amount at the hotel.

What needs to improve : late services and responses, casual attitude towards service apartments, no employees at service apartments for immediate help, reception casual attitude towards guests, Bathrooms maintenance immediate, they ask guest for no wastage of energy and water but continuous water leakage and electricity wastage

What's Good: In a five star we expect some basic amenities like Valet Parking, which was not available. The staff was very courteous but renovation was being done in the hotel which should have been informed to the guest before booking the room.

Place is run down , seems never renovated . Worst is maintenance . Very poor ..bed linens are smelly and towels are hard , must have been used many many times. Restaurant costs are high but not reflecting the standard Shridi should get some one like Taj or some reputed players . For the cost it is not worth

Good rooms and apartment hotel very big garden with many fruits trees..good spa,good children play area..good food only vegetarian..free drop and pickup for temple..good breakfast and superb dinner..keep it up

I stay there for one night. Rooms are ok but the facilities are not so good as five star which they are claiming. Now a days in 3star hotel also, they provide full set of toiletries with room slipper. But they did not. Inside room they keep some snacks and drinks but not informing that need to pay separately for those. Only thing is they are providing car to drop at temple. I book for 2+1 but they provide one queen bed only.

I am a regular to this place.. A good hotel with decent rooms grear staff and good restaurant.. They provide a drop to temple 24X7 which is a big help for the morning or night arti.. Over all totally recommended

I travelled to Shirdi in January 2020 from Mumbai. The first thing I noticed as soon as I pulled up my car near the lobby was that they dont have valet parking. So I was asked to get back in my car and take it to a section behind the hotel to park. Once parked, I had to walk back to the lobby with my luggage for checking in. The staff at the reception were pleasant and the check in was fairly fast. I was then given my room key card and was informed about the floor where the room was located. Interestingly , no escort to show the room. The room was very basic, something you will find in most hotels. Nothing exceptional. Now the reason I say that is because this was the first time I stayed in this hotel. Ideally I stay at the Sai Jashan however it was packed to capacity so I had to find an alternative. My usual hotel offers exactly the same quality and standards but charges me a max of INR 3500. Sun-n-Sand, I paid 9800 with tax. Now so far I hadnt found a reason why I paid so much extra. Now, the room floor was a bit dusty. Like most hotels they also offer free pick up and drop to and from the temple. I ordered food in my room. It was quick and the quality was fair. The staff were polite and friendly. The checkout was smooth too. So, overall it was a fair experience however I may not stay in this hotel again if Sai Jashan like hotels are available because I dont see any sense in spending more than double and getting nothing extra. To conclude, not worth my money.
