It was a good experience while staying at Hotel Eshosans Palace in August-2018. This Hotel located on walking distance from Sai Baba Temple. Room was clean with enough space in rooms and bathroom. Service was also good. Hotel staff was looking friendly. That was only one night stay, so can't say too much. My experience with family was good.

I m writing this review while staying in this hotel. I reached here with my family & took 4 rooms on 1st floor in June 2018. Rooms were fine but SERVICES are PATHETIC. 1. TV in 3 rooms are not working. We complained many times,but no solution even after 3 days are passed. 2. Only a single service staff for entire hotel. U can assume the service time.Worst. 3. No restaurant in hotel. When we insisted,they bought milk in 2 disposal plates and charged for milk as well as Plates also. 4. MOSQUITO ATTACK. There is a large collection of Garbage behind the rooms 108 to 111. Difficult to stay in night due to mosquitoes. 5. Many times intercom is also not working. We have to go to reception for any service. 6. Overall, Except Rooms nothing is good.

I went with my friends to visit shiridi temple and visit here on winter season and many rooms are fool and we got one room and it's not bad but room cleaning is not appropriate and service needs to improve and food is not available on hotel

I stayed from 1st March to 5th March with my mom and sis. I took a tripple bedded room which was quite good. The reception guy named sunny was quite helpful. I told him to give a balcony room which was only 1room in the hotel that was quite airy and lot of sunlight would come to the room as I prefer room with natural daylight.the request was kept. On check in no tv remote was there I had to ask for. The bathroom wc was Brown wash basin was Brown tiles were full of water marks . I asked for soap and towel on the check out day nobodygave. I asked for flask of hot water I was busy so returned them back afterwards when I asked for nobody gave.I went to the terrace as to pick up the clothes which were dried I got stuck inside the lift I pressed 3rd floor and lift went to 4th floor.door was not opening.lift alarm do not work. I bang the door yelled then a boy came and opened from outside.when I complained to the manager at the reception he ignored and told tell sunny.when I told sunny he told keep patience and then apologised. Room was ok .Room boy Jamil was very helpful. Rest staff was courteous. Overall good. Very close to dwarkamai and Samadhi mandir.

WORST EXPERIENCE.... chronology of events even after having a confirmed PAID booking.. 1. On check in, I was asked for deposit since they claimed to have not received any information from you. But I refused and did not give deposit. 2. When I wanted to order for snacks I got a shock when I was informed that the restaurant was under renovation. I was also told that for dinner I will have to take my family out. 3. When I insisted and protested I was told that they would get the snacks. The snacks of Masala Dosa, Uttapam was wrapped in foil, sambhar and chutney in plastic bags, there were two small paper plates, and tea also in plastic bags. There no plates or spoons served. The tea plastic bag was broken and tea spilled into the bag. No cups were provided to drink tea. Is this the way to serve food? I have made the full payment including the tea served in plastic bag. 4. When I wanted to talk to the owner I was told he will come after an hour but did not come till I checked out next day. His no was not provided on the pretext that he cannot be disturbed. 5. The Hotel staff were very rude, unfriendly and adamant and did not let me escalate the issue to the owners clearly implying that either is in sync with their actions or they do not want the owner to know.
