Oceanside beach resort is a nice small comfortable place that is absolutely a few steps away from the sea. The stay is quite comfortable and the staff is ready to help. The lady (Ms. Gokhale) looking after the place is an amazing cook and ensures that the food pleases your palette. We were hogging on the seafood that she cooked. The resort has less than 10 rooms and thus is quite and full of open space. Perfect getaway. Plus, being in Srivardhan, you can visit and have one day trips to all the other points as Harihareshwar, Alibaug, Deveaghar, Murud etc

We visited Oceanside Beach Resort in first week of May and stayed for 3 nights. It was a mid week trip and hence there was absolutely no crowd. What we liked: Resort is a small tidy place. Rooms are clean.Resort owner was kind enough to provide us cottage no 3, which was a single cottage(rest are twin cottages).it had a a double bed and a small bed. Bathrooms were very clean. Hot water arrangement was good. Bedsheets were clean. Breakfast was good, item variety was satisfactory. We opted for 2 lunches. Food was good, slightly expensive though. Srivardhan beach is just outside the resort, very clean and almost no crowd. What could have been better : Floor tiles had stains. Service should be little quicker. Summary :we enjoyed our stay a lot. It is a good place to Unwind yourself, provided you don't have Fancy resort expectations.

Visited this place with my friends with an objective of a relaxing weekend ... the property is excellent and the biggest advantage is its proximity to the beach ... it's just a 2 min walk before u reach the seashore ... considering my travel experience i did feel the room rates to be on the higher side however the service does compensate for that ... another advantage was their awesome breakfast spread - good job and I'll surely visit this place again ..

A good place for a stay over for 1-2 nights. The resort has less than 15 cottages and is decently well maintained but they need to paint the rooms. The wall color is peeling off :( Also, the owner of this hotel is not very friendly though. One piece of advice: Please do not eat lunch or dinner in the resort itself. They charge you exorbitantly and the food is just average. You can visit outside hotels which give you better value for money and satisfaction. Do not miss the opportunity of feasting on seafood when you're in this region. The breakfast served in the resort is of good quality. The adjacent beach is clean and very rich in marine life. Not crowded at all.

We went there by reading good reviews on Tripadviser! It was clam and classy as anyone could get, we stayed there for couple of nights, Food was good quality and taste, special mention this as whatever we ordered it was really tasty. ( We are Vegans). At the night they play silent music, you can sit in the couches, which are very comfortable, enjoy the music and eat your food or just chat. The pool( smaller one) is just aside of food area, feels best at night. This resort just 2 minutes away from beach, so its very good to stay there and have night walk at beach, which is more fascinating and relaxing. The staff is well behaved, owner is helpful. Cottages are a bit old style but are well maintained, neat and clean. All cottages have the similar view, so no worries even if you choose anyone. The breakfast they provided was yummm!!! Advice to management: Keep doing the good work, you doing well You can improvise by may be coloring the walls in cottages( not that much needed though) Must change the Chapati Vendor
