Panthastha provides a quite weekend destination option at Diveagar. The place is extremely well managed, clean and with a great caring staff. There are a couple of options for stay - cottage and AC tents. Opted for the AC tent due to heat. The food was pure veg and the staff went out of the way to arrange the local delicacy Modak for the group. Special thanks to Mr Vipin and the entire staff. The Mangoes was a surprise pick from the place that made the trip all the more memorable. Thank you Panthastha team. Will look to come back again

We had stayed here for 4 nights and we had a great experience. Its a eco friendly resort with best service by very good people. Its features are 1 Neat and clean cottages with aircoolers. They also have AC tents. 2 Super service by all the staff. 3 Neat and clean restaurant with awesome food. One has to keep shoes outside before entering the restaurant which is good practice. 4 Small library for readers. 5 Eco friendly cottages with red clay roof and bed of red stone(jambha stone) with cowdung spread and bed over it. 6 Copper vessel for bathing and home made Ubtan as body scrub. 7 Bird watching from cottages is just mesmerizing. 8 Generator back up in case of power failure. 9 Around 4 km from Diveagar beach, 3 km from Suvarna Ganesh Mandir. So overall best place to stay

We havent stayed here so its more about the dinning facility. Its one of the few hotels providing pure veg cusine with chinese, punjabi etc. to offer in the location full of serving thali system. The food tasted really good and the hot phulke/chapati and great service made us eat a bit extra. But the cherry on cake was the dessert-Ukadicha modak & home made icream. Modak was perfectly sweet and delicious served with bowl of ghee which made it just better. And the icecream was Gulkand flavour leaving your taste bud with taste to never forget. Apart from this the owner (Uncle) was very humble. He showed us the property and also gave knowledge about the history behind some famous temples and must visit spots nearby.

I visited this resort in last week of December 2017. Got time to write review now. The 2 minutes approach road was not so good but resort sign boards on the street helped to reach to this resort but I forgot about the approach road after seeing the beautiful, peaceful clean surrounding of the resort with lots of trees around. This resort is 2.5 km away from Dive-agar beach, which I feel is better than staying near the crowded nearby beach resorts. On arrival, Resort staff greeted well and offered welcome drink which is good gesture. The name of resort is unique. I could not resist myself and asked the resort Manager about its meaning and came to know Panthasta Prangan is Sanskrit name means Traveller courtyard. I had booked semi-deluxe room for 2 days/nights which they called Vibhav cottages. Room was very spacious and super clean. Cottage was surrounded by trees and small garden was attached with my cottage with a seating arrangement. It had 1 master bed which was comfortable for my family (me, my wife and 2 kids). Rooms had eco-friendly things like the bed was made up of cow dung and clay with soft cotton mattresses. Cottage high roof had clay tile with some room for sunlight. Toilet & Bathroom were separate inside the cottage which is good. Bathroom had copper bucket, vessel. herbal soap and ubtan which has good aroma. Electric Tea/coffee maker with small pouches were provided in room. Chorpoy under the tree made me relaxed. Resort has few restriction like you are not allowed to wear footwear inside the Dining/reception area, which I feel is good and hygienic. Restaurant area was very clean. Breakfast was included in the package. Though Im a hardcore non-veg but enjoyed the pure-veg food specially dal-khichadi was delicious. Overall, me & my family truly enjoyed the stay and had a quality time here and will surely visit again during rainy season to see its beauty.

Having been to Goa several times during the year, I was on the lookout for a quieter beach holiday and Diveagar fitted the bill. I searched the Internet for accommodation and booked Panthastha Prangan, an eco-friendly resort. The resort offers deluxe rooms, semi-deluxe rooms and tents. I booked a deluxe room (Rajas category) because we needed an extra bed. Panthastha is an ideal hangout for you to relax over a weekend, away from your city routine. The resort offers delicious vegetarian food. A few things to note: # I booked online and paid 50% advance. The remaining 50% needs to be paid in cash (only) at check-in. # You must remove your footwear outside at the restaurant and at the front office. # Internet connectivity is poor. I had two phones the one on Airtel was showing No service right through, but luckily my other phone was on Idea and it intermittently connected to Internet. # You can drive your car right up to the beach, which is around 15 minutes by car from the resort.
