  • A decent place to stay while in Solapur

    by abhijitlohakarey on

We recently stayed at this property for 1 night. It is located conveniently i.e. close to Railway Station, Bus Stand as well as Market. The rooms are clean and food is good. It has parking space for some 8-10 cars. However, we had an issue with room TV which couldn't get sorted out during our stay. Overall, a decent place to stay while in Solapur.

  • A decent place to stay in Solapur

Stayed at this hotel for a night. The room and Bathroom was clean. The restaurant is average. Check in and checkout was swift. They have space to park about 8 cars. The location is good. Solapur is home for many cotton hand loom textile manufacturers. The textile market is at Charity Galli and is about 5 minutes drive from the hotel.

  • Pathetic Hotel

    by Voyage583257 on

Pathetic Hotel, only positive thing about it is a good location. But rooms are tiny and dark, electrical fixtures are broken, shower and water mixer are broken, fan works randomly and Air conditioning smells like pigeon nest. Staff cleans rooms randomly and u have to ask for it. Towels and Linens need vigorous cleaning. On the top of such poorly maintained rooms, when I asked for change of room, I was told bookings are full. But as I observed, lot of rooms were empty. Better spend ur money elsewhere and don't make mistake of prebooking as I made.

  • Adequate for the purpose

    by JPHStVincent on

The hotel is good for a one night stay. It has a good location - close to both the station and the fort, and the man on the front desk (why was it always the same man, does he never sleep?) was very professional and business like. The restaurant on level 1 is dark and a little dingy, but the service is prompt even when the cricket is on TV. The roof top restaurant advertised on the hotel's web site appears to have been abandoned.

  • A lot of improvement required!

    by Yogita D on

It may be a good hotel for an overnight stay but for the kind of money it charges, the rooms are not very clean and look more like they belong to a lodge. There was no hand towel in the room and while we were given only one towel between the two of us, it too did not seem very clean. The food (a la carte) was good but the breakfast, while it was good, did not have a great spread and we had to leave after waiting forever for the toasts which never came. A lot of improvement needed! Only good thing is that the staff is quite helpful!

  • Not all rooms have good wi-fi. Check with the front desk.

  • 1. Avoid taking corner rooms. 2. Avoid taking stairs. (Not well lit)
