We have stayed there for 2days one night A/C rooms.Rooms were decent with clean bedsheet and good working A.C.For a place like solapur I liked the quality.Service is limited and they outsource the breakfast.Only drawback is you have to eat in your room no resturant is there or any area where you can eat.Otherwise location and all it was good.

I was in Solapur with my family to Visit Akkalkot, Pandharpur & Tuljapur. My Driver took me to this hotel & it is good property to spent a sleep time. It is really in the Heart of city & Siddheshwar temple is just 2 km away. House keeping is good. Its having restaurant at top floor but didn't got chance to visit there.

My wife and parents went to this Hotel on 01 March 2014. We booked this hotel for 24Hrs. Advantages:- 1. Located in city and has very calm surroundings. 2. Veg restaurant at Terrace so you dont have to look outside for eating options. 3. Staff is very helpful. They do the booking on phone. No need to pay in Advance. 4. Spacious rooms. They charge only Rs 150 for extra person so if you have more than 2 members no need to book a separate room. 5. Rent is quite reasonable. (825 for deluxe room and 999 for A/c room) Disadvantages:- 1. Toilet condition need to be improved. 2. There were stains on bedsheets and pillow covers. When we asked about it, they told us that they wash it before giving the room to new customers. However, they need to be drycleaned seriously. this hotel is good only if you want to spend one night.

The hotel could have done much better if the managerial and service staff were of a little sunny disposition. The hotel looks pleasant enough from inside and out. The elevator is rather small. We preferred taking the spiral staircase. There are sofas at every landing in case you want to rest. We were a large group my friend and I were allotted Room 203. Fairly spacious; the window opened on to an old dilapidated building whose structure still contained traces of its once glorious past. The room contained twin beds, bed side stands, a table and two chairs, a luggage rack, a cupboard, but still there was enough room to move around. The bed linen, though clean, was old and frayed. As the hotel provides room service (you can order on intercom), previous guests had left signs of misuse on the menu card; anyway, we didnt try room service. As I said before, the service staff didnt seem very friendly; however, we got good service from one named Mahadev. The bathroom/toilet was middling, usable. The no-slip tiles were a big comfort. Yes, upgrading the infrastructure and better cleaning of the fittings would have earned the hotel more kudos. The dining hall is located on the terrace; partly alfresco, partly covered; with an adjoining kitchen. The kitchen staff were rather surly and there never seemed to be enough ration stocked we ordered three portions of jeera aloo, a fairly simple dish but we were finally served two portions; on inquiry we were told there was not enough potato to go around; if they had at least informed us in advance, we could have ordered something else. But probably it never occurred to them. Others in our group too had similar experience. The hotels neighbourhood do not have any dining options, so unless if youve already dined before coming to the hotel, you are left with no option but to eat here.
