What's Good: Rooms were good. However, joint bed room was not provided even after knowing tourist details and personal request. Breakfast options were very good and the service was excellent.

We had booked superioir rooms, that was as per the photo , but when we reached there we were told that superior rooms had 2 single beds and if we wanted single queens we will have to pay extra. So reception charged us extra in cash for the SO CALLED UPGRADE. On our trip we visited 5 different hotels and none of them did that and all hotels were booked via booking.com The property has a secured parking area The vegetarian thali in the restaurant above is good. Rooms are good and for a city like solapur i think the hotel was good.

Fantastic place to stay.... Well maintained. reasonable rate. good breakfast. recommended in Solapur. Situated at the most convenient and approachable location makes it ideal for outstation travelers Do try their thali, it is tasty and will require some effort to finish it..

Very Good Hotel @ solapur , Stayed with family in March 2018 , Rooms are clean , Overall service is pretty Ok, tho need some improvement, and The Restaurant serve very Good Veg Thali , so certainly recommended.

I stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and staff courteous. It is a budget hotel- limited toiletries. Tea is available on order. But if you need an early morning tea, you can get it only after 7 am. Buffet breakfast has limited variety. Quality is ok. Lunch (a-la -carte) was good. Gujarati thali is ok.

First the positives - clean rooms, clean bedsheets, bearable toilet and bearable food, decent parking lot and overall helpful staff. The plusses end there. The first thing the hotel needs is staff training - waiters dip their fingers in glasses placing glasses - their shirt ends touch your plate when they serve you. They look at you constantly while you are having food, making you feel most uncomfortable. Room service is erratic if not pathetic. The TV in our room suddenly called it a day. When the guy was sent for repair, he pressed some panic buttons and eventually declared "thoda der mein on ho jayega" (it would turn on automatically in a while) and fled the scene. needless to say nothing of that sort happened - and another guy was sent post our plea to the reception. This fellow was fortunately smart enough to know that repair was beyond him - so he simply replaced the TV from the adjoining room. That's pretty cool we must say. Wonder what would happen when a guest checks in in that ill fated room - hope he hates watching TV! The worst experience was during check out. We had settled the bill the earlier night to save on time the next day as we had to leave early at 4 am. But the morning guy left us speechless when he demanded Rs 3300 as final payable amount. H e had to be repeatedly told about the settlement before he opened the register and coolly nodded his head in supposed agreement. If he was trying to pull a fast one on us, this man must be sacked with immediate effect. Sorry Lotus, never again to your place.
