Expect no professionalism to run this facility. I was booked by Make My Trip who is supposed to know more about hotels, which really frustrated me. Bathroom was most shabby. The poor service boys are honest and hard working. Food facility is very basic Gujrati menu offering no choice.

This is one of the resort that can truly divide people based on what their preferences are. We had few nights in the resort in January and we had a great time overall specially for the price we paid for it. We paid about 2700 for three persons. This is not a standard resort with "western amenities" that we have come to expect in India lately. For example they dont have a huge breakfast or dinner spread that you typically get, but it is rather few dishes freshly made and served hot. Though maybe this was probably because of the time we were there , there were very few guests there. The bathroom bit is the one that can throw you off a bit, like toilet papers were missing! Though my parent appreciated a bit where there was bucket and tumbler available in the bath...which you miss at so many of the five star hotels these days! I think though what makes this place a great place is the property itself, it is situated between a lush green mango orchard! You should know that this part of India is known for quality of its Kesar mango, it is also has a well managed and manicured lawns. The room that we were in (#1) was huge, about 400 square feet! and the owner and staff were always happy to help, the place itself is very secluded and about 5-6 kms from the main roads. Which means all you hear is the birds chirping! Though if you dont have your own car this could become a hassle. The place can become a true gem if some more attention is given to upkeeping the rooms and the surrounding. Like the handlebars to enter the swimming pool were missing! The internet was surprisingly fast! But overall for the price you pay this is a pretty good place to stay and I would recommend it to all Indian travellers who dont expect western amenities.

It is very recently developed property in the middle of the forest of Gir, just 6 kms away from Sasan. It is beautifully landscaped property having swimming pool. Rooms are very spacious and it has purely vegetarian cuisines. Mostly they serve most delicious traditional Kathiyawadi cuisine and on request serve Punjabi food also. Rates are very competent and reasonable... I strongly recommend a night stay in the middle of the jungle !!

I went there with my family in early November 2016. Stayed in Bamboo non AC cottages. It is a wonderful resort with local staff which is very courteous and really helpful. Cottages are clean and tidy. Food quality is excellent, the spread might be less but the home cooked style local food is delicious. One experience - We had relatives visiting the resort during our stay and we asked the staff if they can arrange dinner for them and what will be the charge? On which the stafftold us your guests are our guests and did not charge anything for dinner. Travelling tip - Resort is quite inside from the main road. Google maps will only take you till 1km from the resort. Make sure you call Resort when you reach Sasan so that they can help you , else you are bound to get lost.
