The hotel is good considering the fact that it's located in a small town like Srikalahasti. I have stayed here twice. The first time, the room was not very tidy; small pieces of plastic veneer was flaking off the cupboards and the bathroom didn't look nice. However, the next time, we had a much better experience; both the room & washroom was good. The AC is effective is beating the scorching heat outside. Bare minimum toiletries are provided: one small piece of soap and a tiny vial of shampoo. We took our own soap the second time we visited. No water kettle or tea/coffee. Warm water is available in the shower. The restaurant in the basement is good, but very expensive. Food is spicy though.

This hotel is right in front of the main temple and is very convenient for families. The rooms are good for the price. This hotel also offers complementary breakfast and the restaurant in the basement offers excellent food. We will definitely recommend staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here if we come again.

We travelled from Chennai on the day and travelled back so time was tight (having travelled from 7000 miles away on a limited trip of 11 days). Whats good about MGM? 1. Clean with good rooms - we booked one as we wanted private bathroom and toilets for the few hours we were there 2. Proximity to the temple 3. The person called Krishna (+91 9989 411 313) who shepherded us through the complex processes of the temple (we wanted to perform the Kala Sarpa pooja which is available @rs5000/- at least as of 2018). He deserved a generous tip, I reckoned. 4. Forget about phoning the temple about this, you will get a polite but minimalist info from them (I suppose you can't really fault them as the number of queries must be large) I think - Krishna - true to his name - was the saviour of the day otherwise would have been totally lost in this vast temple complex. He is known to MGM reception too. Whats bad? 1. No food available after 4:30pm till 6:30/7pm at the earliest. Our pooja finished at 4:30 and we wanted a quick snak before travelling back. Tough luck! Coffee and Bananas (and maybe that odd packet of biscuits) is all that was on offer - great for a calorie controlled diet (sans the biscuit!). So either stack up in advance or starve! All in all - we did what we set out to do - in what turned out to be a very long day (13 hours including 7 hours of travel) - so can't complain. Hope this helps

It is a almost a no-go situation for the visitor visiting the temple and planning to stay overnight to chose this hotel. It can be managed better and the potential of the location is huge. Unfortunately, the owners don't seem to be doing it. The room is unclean, presenting a poor picture. Food in the restaurant is good but expensive.

Me and my parents checked into this Hotel without a prior booking. We arrived at around 03:30pm on 27th May 2018 and opted for the Double Bed Standard room (all rooms are equipped with A/C) * The room was spacious and neat * You can opt for the room with an 2 separated beds (with walk-space between) or 2 joined beds * The bed and pillows are soft, quilt provided, had a good night sleep * Hot water was available all day long, not sure if it was provided by the Hotel or the heat outside (it was close to 40 deg Celsius) boiled the water in the pipes * LCD TV with channels spanning every language * Soap, Shampoo and Towels provided * NO Tea bags, coffee and milk powder, electric kettle provided * 1 Mineral Water bottle provided * There is a restaurant at the basement of the hotel (room service also available), however is open between 7am and 10am, 1pm and 3pm, 8pm and 10pm. Did not have food here as the timings didn't suit my biological clock. * Saravana Bhavan is a stone throw away * Very good parking facility, very spacious parking lot that can take as much as 100 cars (as what the Hotel claims) - compounded with security deployed * 24 Hours checkout (and not 11am/10am as what most other hotels have a condition of) The best part though is that the Hotel is well placed, right opposite to the Srikalahateeshwara temple. Do not bother about taking your car out, taking a rickshaw or even wearing footwear till the temple. The room was good for the price. We faced absolutely no issues during the stay and our stay was limited to one night as our day was spent within the temple. A good hotel for the price, in the temple town !! Would like to rate good P.S : Do not opt for the Top floor rooms during Summer as the A/C can be ineffective for the burning heat
