I stayed at this Hotel in two rooms for the night of 2nd June, and I found that the management provides requirement as two towels or two glasses in each room only if you ask for. I had booked the room on a package as deluxe room on MAP. The hotel can be considered as a budget hotel. The room allotted had a hole in the bathroom wall, no door for the cupboard, no WI-FI, latch for the bathroom door not functional. No running hot water, the bathroom doesn't have a shower, no tissue paper provided & no purified water drinking facility. Again in the restaurant if you don't ask for non veg ,you are not served. At breakfast time we were told by the waiter that the toast is not available as it is over. Avoid this hotel if possible.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights from 27th May to 2nd June. The cost of the room is INR 2500.00/- Plus INR 500.00/- for an extra bed on EP basis during Tourist Season (March to Sept). If I have to review the hotel on the basis of Price Vs Facilities, I would rate it 5/10. You may find a better hotel at the same rates. Here are my reviews: Pros: 1) Spacious Room 2) Spacious Bathroom 3) New Furniture and Good Quality Bedsheets, Clean Quilts and Linen 4) Hotel Manager is very co-operative and helpful. Wi-Fi was not available so he handed me his own Internet Dongle for 24 hours. Cons: 1) Hot water available only during morning 6:30 to 9:00 2) Bell Boys do not like to clean the rooms. Dustbins are not emptied daily. No Vaccuming on daily basis. 3) No Wi-Fi 4) Far from Dal Lake or Lal Gate. Location is not appealing. 5) Extremely costly food. 6) Exhorbitant Laundry Costs - INR 100.00/- for a pair of shirt and pant!
