i visited thrice before here.this is my fourth visit to kashmir .i prefer to stay here.the md of this hotel mr shabbir was very friendly and guided well which one was better to see in kashmir.food i this hotel is homely food.we felt it is our home.that much hospitality was given by mr shabbir and fayaz.they come along with us for sight seeing in kashmir.so we always feel secure and comfort.

i stayed here with my daughter to see the heaven kashmir. its good value for money.free wifi.i dont know abt kashmir they are failry told what is good what is bad in kashmir.they accepted credit card payment. the hotel is nearer to nagin lake.walkable .badamveer and gurudwara.mr shabbir beig the md of this hotel is very friendly and cooperative. we always remember his service and hospitality.

Satisfying visit.Had a comfortable stay.Excellent budget hotel with good food at reasonable price.Safe to stay,pleasant environment and homely atmosphere.The hotel extended the courtesy of keeping our luggage without charges even after vacating it,as we visited ksherrbhavani with light luggage and stayed there overnight.

I booked this hotel through my organization on 22.03.16 for 4 nights for a D/B room with attached bath from 27.04.16 to 30.04.16 .I was coming from Pahalgaon. The location of the hotel near Saida Kadal (brige), Nagin Road, Srinagar-3. When I booked , I was told that it is near Nagin Lake.What I thought that the location of the hotel will be near this beautiful lake , calm , quiet compared to Dal Lake, full of crowd. I always prefer calm quiet place. Before coming to the hotel my driver wanted to know the exact location of the hotel.He was told by the hotel authority the location. But in reality Nagin lake is far off, it may be 15 min.walk from the hotel. There is no tourist attraction near by . It is in old city. Though the location is less attractive, the property is more or less good. It a 3 storied building with a lawn in front of the gate. The office room is on the road and it is good. Mr. Shabir Beigh is the owner, is having travel and carpet business. I was given a room (101) , well furnished. Now Kashmir is reeling under frequent power cut. They try to tackle the situation by inverter. In their leaflet they claim that they have the skills which are essential ingredients in the making of a Unique Travel Experience. Really I had a Unique experience. Now I am 70 & my wife is 62, a diabetic. We were happy to have the room at G Floor and my wife was also happy to be there just to sit on a chair in the morning sun before the peer tree with fruits in the garden in front. No sooner we entered the room, than we were told to vacate the room in the next morning despite our 4 days booking and paid fully on 22.03.16. When I asked the reason , the cook cum hotel asst. told me that another group (17 persons) is coming from Kerala & their demand is to accommodate them in one place. Friends, just think the attitude. I asked Mr.Shabir what is the actual position , I was sick on that day. He offered me a cup of Kawa tea for early recovery. He also told me not to pay as it is complimentary. He explained me that it was true and I have to be shifted to another hotel named Hotel Gulshan Valley. He told me not worry as it is the property of his uncle. On 28th we were to visit Gulmarg and to leave at 8.00 am in the morning.Before we leave the asst. told us to take our luggage in our car. I request that the shifting could be in the afternoon.He instantly called Mr. Shabir and he hurriedly came and told to take the luggage in my car to their selected hotel. His man accompanied us for the introduction with manager of Gulshan Valley. Practically I had no time to argue. Finding no other alternative I yielded to his whim. Now I let this matter to the reader of my review to judge/ have an idea of the hotel authority.Can he do this ? Is this the skills of them to show this type of true hospitality to a senior citizen traveled from 2500km away. How do tourists feel it as the best home away from home? There is another part of this episode.

we stayed here 5 days comfortably and they served free breakfast and good guidance to visit places. he arranged transport also they received from srinagar airport. very cordial invitation. maintaince is good. house keeping is good . for tourist it is a better hotel.
