  • Good hotel with extra ordinary staffs

    I traveled with my family and stayed two days in the Kaiser hotel. Hotel is above average property. But the staffs and restaurant are extra ordinary. We want to purchase some dress and the staff directed us to the correct place. They arranged an auto for us told the driver about our requirements. I strongly recommend families for this hotel.

    I travelled with my family and the stay was amazing. The hotel staff is very good and helped us in everything, even with arranging local transport. We had a dream of having famous kashmiri dish "harrisa" which is available only in kashmir and that too only early mornings. The staff arranged a car free of cost for us to go and have harrisa and one of them accompanied us and came along with us at 5AM. We can never forget this.. I cannot even think of staying anywhere else except KAISAR when i visit kashmir.. Love you guys and thanks a lot.. Stay blessed !

    Nestled in the beautiful Kashmir...staying in the Kaisar was an experience in every sense..Never felt like we are living in a hotel .The care with which we were treated was so amazing..Hats off to Kaisar who was so sweet and caring , was always there to offer any help and caring advice regarding how to take care to avoid.

    After a long planning and bit hesitation on security I visited Srinagar with my family members from 2nd to 8th June, 2016. I had stayed in Kaisar hotel during my Kashmir trip. I had stayed there with family of eight members in three double bed room for six night & seven days in this hotel alone. Rooms in this hotel were booked as part of our package. The package was included local sightseeing and transport, pick-up and drop to airport with breakfast complimentary. The package cost agreed after negotiation was for Rs.60000/-. First time visitor of Kashmir should know that everything goes here with negotiation. The hotel representative was waiting in the air port to pick-up on arrival of our flight. The hotel was good in appearance. I didnt have any delay in check in and checkout procedure. The hotel was neat and clean including rooms & bathrooms. The room was spacious, fully furnished and it was well maintained. The housekeeping service was provided on daily basis. All the amenities were working fine in the room. The service of the hotel was good. There was water kettle in every room to get hot water when needed. Also tea bags with sugar sachets, so that you can make tea whenever you wish. The staffs were all good and quick in response. I had the food in the hotel; it was of buffet system for dinner and breakfast. The food served in the hotel was included veg., non-veg. of good quality, tastier and are reliable to the customer. The foods for lunch and other time are on order basise. The local transport was arranged by providing good Vehicle-Tavera for whole tour vehicle exclusively for us. The driver was of well mannered and less spoken. My tour package was handled by Mr.Abid Bhat, one of the staff of Hotel Kaisar. My initial plan was to stay one day each at Sonmarg, Gulmarg and rest at Srinagar. However, Mr.Bhat suggested better to stay at one Place/hotel to reduce the cost and avoid carrying languages. I have accepted his suggestion, in fact it was wise decision. During tour package negotiation I have excluded dinner. After having first day dinner at Hotel I felt my decision was wrong by excluding dinner in the package. The cost of the dinners was working out to be Rs.21000/- on rat basis. Again, Mr.Bhat shorted out the problem by adding Rs.13000/- to the package cost for dinners. Special thanks to Mr.Abid Bhat. I was satisfied with the overall stay in the hotel. I had no problem with them. I was accompanied by my aged mother, I felt only shortcoming of the absence of lift for aged persons. I would surely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. I can stay in this hotel again.
