One of the best places we have every visited. Right on the beach. All rooms are beach facing. Beach is safe and flat. Reasonable water sports around. Don't forget to eat sea food at their kitchen. Specially crabs, Squid, and Fish curry Rice.

Had visited with family at this hotel we had a issue with the room so the owner said he has upgraded our room and asked us to pay for the new booking and would refund the money for the last booking within 4 days. When we returned home after couple of days I called him for the refund he said would do in couple of days. After repeated calling him for 2 months he deniaed to pay we cautioned him of police complain on which he refunded only 50 percent and said wouldn't give a penny more . Lost almost 15000 in this fraud . Stay away from this hotel.

Resort is situated at a calm place and just at beach side. Its well maintained and rooms are also clean. Staff is very friendly. Food is also very tasty, especially if you are sea food lover. Don't miss prawns. Definitely worthy.

Superb Location and amazing view of sea !!!. Good for family . We literally saw Dolphins from the room . Beach was prestine .... and amazingly clean. Ride to and around Sumani island like the Kerala backwater ride.. If u r looking for clean and white sand beach... this is should be a must visit place.

In Malvan, you should stay at a resort only if you plan to spend the entire day relaxing in the room, on the hammock, in front of the beach. If you have planned a lot of activities like Scuba, Water sports, Fort visit, etc. you should prefer cheap homestays as you'll be only spending the night for sleeping. Also, if you're a couple or solo, then resorts are good. For large male groups, this is not practical. I visited Malvan alone for 4 days and 3 nights. On days when i had planned day activities i preferred home stays. On the last day, I just wanted to relax. So was looking for beach front resort. Was just looking around for such places on a rented scooter and happened to see this place in Devbag. I asked them if I can see the rooms facing beach and they showed the room 003. The moment i stepped in, I decided this was the place. I checked in on 13th and checked out on 14th November in a non-AC room. In the night I kept the window open and slept like a baby to the soothing sounds of waves crashing on the beach. The bed was quite comfortable. In the morning, had breakfast and relaxed on the hammock. Afterwards, went into the sea and played around for good 30-45 minutes. I had got a pretty good deal on the room, so didn't care about room service and anyways I didn't order food in this resort as there are cheaper alternatives nearby. There is good food available in Salgaonkar resort, next to this resort. Just take a stroll on the beach and afterwards have your breakfast there.
