Reason For Rating : The not professionalism They accessed my room in my absence just for taking their food tray. I had my money in the drawr who would be responsible if i had any loss who would take care for such carelessness. Whats the role of room key given to us if any of the staff can enter the room in absence without guests permission.

The rooms are very cosy ,neat and breakfast is served in the room . In the night itself the order is taken. The reception and the Lift is on the the street which is odd. The staff are very supportive and friendly

I have not stayed in the hotel but have been to restaurant and bakery. KF's bakery products are tasty and not too costly. It's location at mission Chariali is easily accessible and apart from bakery there are fast foods items and a proper eat and dine restaurent.

Went for an awesome lunch at the KF restaurant... Paneer tikka...veg pulao and mutton RoGan Josh...with hot gulab jamuns for desert....the ambience is gr8 and so is the food.... A must hit for anyone visiting Tezpur

This was my first stay at the KF. So, it is a prominent property at the heart of the city, mission Chariali. It has a bakery, restaurant and the hotel in the same building. There were 4 very unusual things that I noticed, which are of significant inconvenience to customers. 1. The reception of the hotel is right at the corner of the building and it's not quite visible if you are driving for the first time. 2. The parking is approx. 200 metres before the reception. So, if you have to park your car, then you need to take a "u" turn twice. The parking is on the gully, where the security guard directs us. There's no shed also and the road is not laid as well. We have to just leave our car there. It doesn't feel safe. 3. The lift to the rooms starts from the pavement where public walk. 4. The rooms on the topmost floor have a half open terrace as well. It doesn't give a professional feeling. Having noticed all these before entering the room, I was full of doubts but they all go away once you enter the room. They have made up for all their shortcomings inside the room. The rooms are comfortable and designed well. The only 2 feedbacks that can be imolemented instantly would be :1. Not to pre-spray every room with the same fragrance. In my case it was rose fragrance and ai am allergic to it. 2. Not to keep old and torn sofas in the room. It doesn't decorate the room. It spoils the look. Not to have a sofa is a better option than having torn sofas. -In-room dining- the service was fast and food was very tasty. The staff were courteous. - Reception - Reception staff were also very courteous and responsive. The lady manager (unable to recollect the name) was very courteous too. - Breakfast - Buffet spread was fairly good. Again the staff was really courteous and responsive. - The hotel also provided complimentary biscuits and cookies. However, the cookies were uncovered. Anyway, it was a thoughtful initiative on the part of the hotel. The fridge was completely empty and was perhaps there to make the room look good. So, despite many natural shortcomings, they try to make up with the staff and some freebies. I was initially intending to give it a 3 star. However, the effort of the staff has gained another star. Keep up the good job KF.

Travelled to Tezpur on business. Stayed in this property as other properties (so called good) were sold out. Rooms are neat and clean. A bit small but if you are planning to stay for a night its adjustable. Toilets are clean. Towels and bed sheets can be better; not very clean. Property located near a major junction; but away from the main city. The hotel has a bakery and restaurant. Food served in this restaurant is quite good. Service is very good. Staff keep smiling. Stuff in the bakery is also very good. Overall no bad experience.
