We went to Aryan Farm in a group of 9 peoples, we got 3 rooms on 1st floor, one was a big room with 5 beds and others with 2 beds. Liked the simplicity and Owners are really very good. Beach is close. Food had good variety, Veg and non veg food both was awesome. Would recommend Aryan farm to everyone.

Dont expect anything lavish or extra ordinary here. Nevertheless, it is simple, reasonable and clean with some very good food . The good part is they are close to the beach and are friendly people. They can definitely improve on the services. Example : they don't serve any beverages. Neither too much variety in food. Overall i would recommend for family outings for relaxation. Prashant

We went to Aryan Farms in a group of 35+ people. The entire property is around 3 acres located 1 km from Kelve beach. The accommodation is basic and I found the rooms to be dated. The AC in the rooms was useless since it did not provide adequate cooling. There were frequent power outages but cannot blame the resort for the same. They have a generator which they keep turning off frequently to save fuel. We were really inconvenienced in the sweltering summer heat. The swimming pool is quite small and the water was unclean and smelly. Then I found out that they didn't have a filtration system and water was changed manually after god knows how many days. There is nothing more to do in the resort. There was a badminton net and they provided racquets and a plastic shuttlecock. When we made a booking, we were promised unlimited food. I must say that their definition of unlimited food is rather limited. The least we expect is that everyone gets everything on plate, but this was not the case. The quantity of food was inadequate and it was improperly planned for a huge group when we were charged premium rates. I do not recommend Aryan Farms to anyone! It's a badly managed place and not worth the price.

The Aryan farms is a huge property near to Kelve Beach in Palghar, approx 100 Kms from Mumbai (Andheri). It is not much of a resort, as the swimming pool is very small and most of the area is just open space with tree plantation all around. There is a badminton net spread on one side and the staff can arrange for bat ball etc if you require it..Rooms are very basic in the main building as well as in the form of cottages. The food however is very good and the staff is helpful. The kelve beach nearby is a nice clean beach in the nearby vicinity of Mumbai.. You can select this property for one day trip to take you far from the hustle bustle of the city but dont expect anything hifi...

Surrounded by hills and greenery, Aryan Farms are perfect for a weekend, and even more. You can aways just go out and take a walk around, including in a village close by. Or you can go to Dapoli and beyond for some stunning Konkan because. More details here: http://www.sid-thewanderer.com/2014/12/review-aryan-farms-exotic-homestay.html
