It was a great dinner at The Fortune thane Mumbai. Specifically the entire staff has taken care very well and specifically during Covid situation, it was stress free dinner. Also to mention chef Ashutosh was a great host and has provided the seamless experience right from the enquiry for the booking till complete dinner . And also to mention his out of the way help provided when I needed some extra delicacy hes suggested well. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

  • Worst Experience with their Rainbow Restaurant

    by gnaidu05 on

Rainbow Restaurant is attached to Jupiter hospital and they give complimentary breakfast to one person to patients who have opted for a private room. Now the gesture is commendable but the service is not up to the mark. I am writing this review after facing problems with their type of service multiple times. It's been almost one week now that I have been having their complimentary breakfast after spending the night with my relative who has been admitted to the hospital due to brain surgery. On day one the person came spoke nicely suggested to me an item from the menu to try. Post that came and took feedback as well. But as the days passed, their personals started ignoring big time. On two occasions I had to leave the table without being served even after taking my order. And the other times, when you have done with the food, they don't even look at you to check if anything else is required. You have to place all the orders at one go and all items will be on the table at the same time. Coffees are served from the flask which is cold. When asked to replace or steam it, it took more than 20 mins to get the new one. There are no restrictions on the number of times that you can order as it's a buffet breakfast but with such kind of service who would want to eat there.

Excellent hotel with dedicated and always smiling staff at the reception. Strictly following tye COVID protocols as the reception staff doesn't allow any visitor to visit the room. Sh Omkar Joy at reception was very warm and welcoming.. Restaurant is very clean, hygienic. Food quality is also very good. The Restaurant staff is very cordial, supportive and prompt. To name some of them are Sh Dhiraj Mogare, Ms Prachi Jagtap and Sh Rahul Kumar, Sudhir and Prakash. Sh Nishant Koli is the asset of this hotel. His Management skills are just superb. He is like an encyclopedia of Jupiter Hospital. He knows all the doctors very well and relax the customers arrived for the treatment. Enjoyed my stay in hotel. Wish you the great success and blessings to all the staff working in Fortune..The name is worth as it changes the fortune of the customers.... Thanks and Regards Arvind Akashi On behalf of Pravin Akashi

  • Fortune Park Lakecity

    by VivekPatwardhan on

We have been holding seminars and training sessions here. About 10 in a year. Not to mention dining with family in the evenings. Fortune Park Lakecity in Thane is the best place to dine for vegetarians. It offers a big spread of veg dishes for breakfast and meals. It is currently closed to outsiders (it is part of Jupiter Hospital) and how I hope it reopens soon. I went there last week. Their services are restricted for Jupiter Hospital. The cleanliness standard of Fortune Park should be a model to other hotels. Not just cleanliness but also safety standard. The staff tells you which types of masks are good and which are not, to visitors. Safety standards are observed meticulously. The staff has always been very friendly. I hope the hotel reopens soon and we enjoy the delicious food and hospitality.
