Its a good location and also easy to reach. While coming from Mumbai you have to exit the National Highway and get onto the State Highway and Village road which is around 20 KMs. This last stretch of 20 KMs was fun to drive as it passes through the greenfield. There are no sightseeing spots around the resort but you can have fun with your family in Swimming Pool, Play Outdoor Games (Football, Cricket, Volley Ball), take a walk around the lake. It was unfortunate that the day we landed in this resort it was raining very heavily and hence I could take my kid for swimming and football only. If you intend to enjoy Nature you should plan your trip to this resort. Staff is very polite and helpful (I would rate excellent). House keeping was also good. Food was good but with limited spread. Rooms - Good Location - Excellent The only drawback/improvement I would highlight is on the indoor amenities. The area was not maintained properly and also the equipment's were broken.

I visited this property on 7th July 2018 along eithy family and friends. Took total 3 rooms which are called super deluxe rooms for a night stay. The moment we entered the room, the lock of the room got stucked, the phone to call the reception was not working, hence have to exit the room from the garden side and walk upto reception for help. The rooms are very old and not at all maintained. They are big but clearly shows the sign of ageing. Furniture is on the verge of collapse. Beds are really uncomfortable. Infact the matress is a feet bigger than the bed, which is really horible. Bathrooms are absolutely sluggish and require a makeover. No soap, No shower gel, No toothpaste, No shampoo, No towel, absolutely basic one. They do not provide a proper drinking water in room, have kept a water filter in room. One will find the paint in the room is peeling. The AC in the room makes lots of noise. The refrigerator in the room provided is empty and can be used as cupboard. upholstery is really pathetic and has not been washed or changed since ages. Lights keep going often and takes times to come back.mostiques and flies are your friend. They charged us 7500 per couple per room per night which included all meals. Now coming to meals we all were vegitetian. The following was the menu Lunch at 2.00 Pm (as we reached): 1. Mix Veg 2. Dal 3. Roti 4. Plain rice 5. Vanilla ice cream Yes that's it guys, and all the above were ice cold except ice cream Tea at 6.0 PM 1. Tea / Coffee / Biscuit 2. Kanda Bhajiya Dinner: 1. Cutlet 2. Paneer subji 3. Dal 4. Plain rice 5. Gulab Jamun. Again everything was cold and the quality was not good, we all were eating as we had no options. Next Day Morning in breakfast : 1. Poha 2. Misal Pav Guys the food and all was really not upto the mark with no options and variety. Facility: Indoor games like Table Tennis, Caroom, etc are just name sake and are in very bad condition. Water in Pool is highly chorinated and bad water. The only good think about this place is the nearby greenery which can make you feel pleasent. Staff is polite for sure. Recommendation: please avoid this property even if it's free

We made the mistake of booking 6 rooms at Greenarth (Resovilla) Resort as we were celebrating a momentous occasion at our farmhouse near by. What a colossal mistake!! Pros: If you want to be in a quiet place surrounded by silence this is the place for you. Cons: Where do I begin? 1, Air conditioners DO NOT work. It took them 2 days to get a temporary fix. 2, You WILL loose power a few times a day which shuts of either all lights and/or the air conditioners. 3, Nobody at the reception when you really need someone at night. 4, Their breakfast is very basic - again most of the air conditioners do not work in the room where you eat your meals. 5, Mosquitoes and lizards in your room. 6, Bedsheets very questionable. Our family had to have all of their sheets changed. 7, Poorly maintained property. It is managed by village boys and it shows. Every thing is nearing a state of dilapidation. Majority of things do not work. It is that typical "Chalta hai" attitude. 8, If I could give it zero stars I would, alas not an option. One big red flag that we should have caught..........When we reserved 6 rooms/cottages at the property we were hounded by the staff to give 100% of the payment in advance of our arrival!!!! Why? Because they know that once guests arrive at the property, they are so disgusted that they Ould probably leave or complain..... Avoid at ALL COSTS! One star property and even that is generous..........

Its a decent place for outing nearby city limits but expensive for what it has to offer Pros Small property not very crowded. Family crowds generally come here. Big rooms Staff behaviour is good. We were travelling with small kids so they made arrangements for milk, khichdi, etc Food is tasty Cons. Expensive compared to the rooms n facilities it offered. Rooms require renovation and upgrade. In one of the rooms balcony door glass was broken. Color peeled out. Rains dance they didnt have any music(dj guy was on leave) Hot water was not available in some rooms and they were making up with external buckets with hot water Food variety is very less. In cases of live items they were struggling with number of people n time it took to serve everyone.
