What's Good: Best Location. When you are in Kerala, always stay in Natures' lap. This hotel is situated outside the hustle and bustle Rooms are superb, nice and clean. Dining area ambience is excellent. Very quick service for any thing you require. I must say It is one of the best hotels I have seen. Will stay here again if required.

What's Good: Positives: 1) Absolutely clean (new property) and luxurious for a hill station property 2) Personalized attention (we traveled with our 18 months old son and faced no problems with special food needs) 3) Picturesque locality, a little off from town and hence very calm 4) Nice view (we stayed in club house rooms) 5) Good food provided by the restaurant in-house. Room service was very good too. Improvement areas: Rooms could use some wifi (not sure if it is left out on purpose) Little tricky to reach this place as the property is not registered on Google maps. But the resort folks were kind enough to guide us over a phone call

It's a lovely plantation resort, little away from the hustle and bustle of the town. As a family we always look for such calm and relaxing places, which are in amidst of nature. The resort is surrounded by lots of trees, shrubbs, herbs and variety of flower plants. One can also hear birds chirping !!! Can spot a lotus in small pond and can refresh in misty mornings! The property is new and well-built with all modern amenities like 24hrs hot water (solar-power enabled), a swimming pool, in-door games, good parking area and a restaurant. We had booked three rooms feom 23rd Dec to 25th Dec in Coffee Bunglow, which is a separate building with 2 floors. The rooms are spacious and perfectly decorated. Each room comes with a separate sit-out balcony too. The in-room facilities are LED tv, tea/coffee maker, king sized bed with clean linen and toiletries. The rooms are picture-perfect. However, plastic doors can be replaced as the noise from the doors spoils the feel. Likewise, few accessories like a rack or hanger or corner-glass piece can be added in bathroom to keep towels etc. The BEST part of this resort is the warmth and service provided by the staff. An amazing experience at Coffee Routes is due to the ever-smiling people around whi are always ready to help. Starting from the reception, where Mr. Ronnie and his team ensured smooth check-in to restaurant staff including Mr. Tom to a lady in house-keeping (forgot her name), everyone was trying to provide best service to the guest! The restaurant menu is kind of fixed on usual days where one needs to select and place order in advance. The food was tasty and delicious. The buffet breakfast has good variety of idli, dosa, aloo paratha, corn-flakes, fruits, toasts, fresh juices and a omelette counter. The freshly made guava juice was too good. The resort also had a special Bharatnatyam performance and gala dinner on 24th Dec which was good. Overall, the resort is awesome!!! We would love to come back and stay in Coffee Routes again. I would recommend Coffee Routes to a leisure traveller who is looking for a relaxing holiday amidst of nature !!!
